This has a wide variety of probiotics. It also contains digestive enzymes (protein, carbs, fiber, sugar, vegetables, legumes, fruits and fats). The pills are easy to take with no off flavor. I did not experience any adverse effects. Overall the price is pretty fair.

Gummy vitamins with a decent texture and flavor. The bottle came packaged in a box with a slight smell upon opening.

The product itself appears to be well made, with the capsules having uniform appearance, medium size, and are easy to swallow. All this being said, I added this to my daily regimen of supplements and hope the health benefits are realized upon my next checkup and daily routine.

Two of my health care providers have recommended that I take probiotics on the regular, and I have been trying to do that. Admittedly, I’ve been jumping around trying different products to see which ones provide me with the best reduction in symptoms. This one has a decent amount of probiotic strains that are on the list recommended by my docs. It also has some additional ingredients that are categorized as digestive aids (chicory root, ginger root, and licorice) and I know that I’ve had good luck with both black licorice and ginger. So what did I think?
Dosage: 1 capsule daily and I took it in the morning on an empty stomach.
Ingredients: I found most of them useful.
Any aftertaste?: If there was, I didn’t notice it.
Did it help?: not sure. I do find that I’m doing a lot more burping after I take one but I haven’t had any issues with bloat.
Overall: It’s just okay, which isn’t a rousing endorsement. I will finish the bottle, but I probably won’t rebuy.

I’m not sure what I think about these. My first thought is that the softgels are pretty, but why blue? Perhaps blocking light, but if it was a new technology that was a selling point I’d think they would mention it.
I have not noticed any improvement in gut health.

I’ve been taking a supplement for digestive health for decades. I’ve had good luck with them. This one seems to be a good blend for digestive and immune health. $16.00 for 75 softgels is a good buy too. They are made in India though, rather than the USA.

The gummies taste really good. I’m not sure if they help, but I like them.

Nice and small pill. No weird tastes or any after flavors. Love that it’s easy to take and identify against other pills (most other companies are using generic clear pills with brownish filling). Packaging and quality all looked great too.
