I have been using Shilajit products for a while and the gummies are definitely the more preferred way to take it. I have been taking these for a little over a week and I can say they taste great, not too sweet, strictly Shilajit and a little sugar added to make the gummies taste good. They are like a berry flavor, but not overwhelming. I appreciate the clear “Use By:” date printed on the bottom, which shows it has more than a year and half of shelf life from the point of receipt and the gummies themselves aren’t stuck to each other like most others have been when received, almost like melted blobs. These gummies are really fresh and for a supplement, they aren’t bad.
As far as noticeable differences and impacts, nothing major at the moment, but I have been noticing more vivid dreams on the days that I have been taking them. I usually take them during the early morning hours, and I have been resting a little easier when I sleep. I feel less anxious when taking these, and not as stressed after work like I usually can be. So, maybe they are working, just not in a way I am expecting them to, but definitely not a bad thing. No negative affects from taking them, so that’s a positive in my books.

If you’ve ever eaten raw shilajit, you know how nasty it tastes, which is why I’m a little suspicious at how strangely tasty these are. Is it even possible these could contain that foul-tasting substance in the quantities listed? Hmmm.
It’s hard to know for sure with supplements, but assuming the best, that the label is accurate and the certifications are true, this is a reliable product. I have been taking shilajit daily for about a year and I do feel like it provides a bit of a wellness and energy boost, but it’s subtle enough that it would be hard to tell from one day to the next whether the quality of one shilajit product is better or worse. I alternate between gummies and the tarry stuff I roll into a small ball. But this is a much more palatable way to take it.

Initially I didn’t mind the taste. It wasn’t something I’d seek out, but it was acceptable. Now I’m nearing the end of the bottle and I’d rather not consume these anymore. I don’t know why, but I don’t like the taste anymore.
As for the actual supplement? It seems to be effective. I’ve been pedaling consistently finding myself to push a bit harder each day.

Immediately wish I hadn’t eaten this. Biggest reason is there are no ingredients on the bottle.
They taste like sugar and dirt, so I’m hoping these are simply sugar and dirt honestly, best case scenario. It did have an plastic-wrap style seal around the lid, which is good since the seal on the bottle was loose as I opened them. Not sure if the lit twisted the seal loose though, or if it always was. I’m not sure it would effect the taste or efficacy of sugar and dirt anyway though.
Why did I eat this? Even as a free review sample for Vine, why would I eat something with no ingredients listed?
