Per our family doctor, we’re taking the Fiber supplement daily (in the form of powder), it’s not convenient if you don’t drink it right away, it becomes thick and suspended due to fiber absorb the water & expand.
With the Minatural Fiber Gummies, it’s easier (and yummier) to take, convenient to bring to work or travel, price is reasonable for 3 months supply (if you take 2 gummies a day).
I’m using the gummies for 2 weeks and have not recognized any different with the product I’ve used before (powder form), flavor is delicious, gummies a little bit chewy, my digestion is normal …
This is a made in USA product, expiration date 02/2026, price is reasonable, I’ll buy more for my whole family.

These Prebiotic Fiber Supplement Gummies from miNATURALS Nutrition are a pretty good value for a 60-day supply. These gummies come in two flavors, orange & mixed berry, both of which taste good. The gummies themselves are quite chewy, so they might get stuck in your teeth like they did mine. My bottle of gummies came sealed, in date, and in perfect condition. I do like that these gummies were made in the USA, but I wish the amount of dietary fiber per serving was a little higher.

I take the orange Meta Mucil fiber gummies to help with regularity, and these are the exact same price, the same quantity and they both have 5 g of fiber per three gummies. I was disappointed that that Minaturals doesn’t give you the information like meta mucil does. The namebrand recommends taking one gummy and letting your body adjust to the fiber intake otherwise it could cause severe stomach pain, bloating, weight gain, cramping, nausea, and other adverse side effects. You’re not suppose to jump to 3 gummies right away. Since they’re the same price as the name brand and I’m not sure if these are lab tested or made in the USA I’ll stick with the name brand.

Well, here is an easy solution to getting more fiber into your life. It comes in the form of some orange tasting gummies. And wow, you get a huge bottle of fiber-filled gummies. Instructions say that you should take 3 gummies and you will get 5 g of fiber in a dose.
I was a surprised to see how big the bottle was. So any outside of things, that I can see to base my rating and how these gummies taste, I am going to give this five stars for the idea of providing more fiber into your life by chewing on these orange tasting gummies. Of course I wouldn’t replace natural fiber, but this is a good way to incorporate some quick fiber into your diet when you don’t always have the time to get it naturally. Of course I am assuming all truths and that it does what it claims to do.

I had to do a bit of research as I thought this was little bang for the buck. However, 3 gummies deliver 5 grams of fiber. The description on Amazon states “5 grams per gummy,” which is false. The gummies come in two flavors that are pretty indistinguishable, orange and fruit punch. The coloring is subtle between the two with the fruit punch being a slightly darker orange. The chews are very soft and fresh, don’t really get stuck in your teeth, and are easy to swallow and eat. They do taste good. They are just a touch too sweet for my palate. If you can’t ingest real foods, such as an apple, a cup of nearly any vegetable, or berries (all have about 5 grams of fiber), this is a good alternative. The serving suggestion is only 3 chews/day, making this container last about 60 days. Psyllium husk caps may be slightly cheaper, however, you need to consume quite a bit more. Good value!

I like these gummies a lot. They are firm and chewy and taste great, just like a gummie should be. A serving is 3 gummies having a total of 5 grams of inulin fiber, which is derived from chicory root and is a type of soluble fiber. This is a full dose of fiber, being equivalent to a heavy dose of psyllium supplement (but it’s more fun to chew these gummies than to glug down a glass of psyllium in water). Speaking of water, the directions do not mention it but I think it’s always best to consume plenty of water when supplementing with fiber. These gummies are manufactured in the USA in a FDA registered and inspected facility and carry the GMP seal. They have a more-than-adequate shelf life (received 05/2024, best by 02/2026). The bottle contains 180 gummies (60 doses) and at the current price of just under $30 it’s a good value.

What I like about these is it makes fiber super convenient and desirable to take. I really do prefer gummies over most other delivery methods of fiber or vitamins. The flavor tastes like lollipops which is pretty good, but the consistency is like gum drops. They’re more firm and kind of hard on the teeth to chew. They’re much tackier/stickier than many other brands of gummies so I can’t recommend these with dental work. But for my son who’s 12, I notice he doesn’t hesitate to take these at all haha! This is one vitamin I don’t have to remind him to take. It has 3g of sugar though for 2 little gum drops. Seems like a bit much to me, but if it fits into your diet that’s your choice. Although I take most of my vitamins via gummies, and this one tastes good, I personally won’t use it because of how tacky the gummy is. It’s just too hard on my teeth. Take that for what it’s worth.

These feel similar to Dots candy both in shape and texture. They’re chewy and sticky, and can feel like they’re sticking to my teeth which I don’t like. The flavor is decent, and they seem to be working well to keep me more regular.
