This supplement’s serving size is 1 daily, and is a tasteless yellow capsule. The color isn’t from anything artificial, I believe due to berberine of 500 mg with green tea extract, ceylon cinnamon,curcumin, cayenne pepper, black pepper extract with probiotics blend and prebiotic fiber blend. It has the ingredients I would like as a supplement to help me to hopefully lose some weight through this combination, which I had used separately prior to this formula. Having all these in one pill makes life easier. However, I prefer without the green tea extract, which historically has caused me anxiety. Here it is 150mg with cayenne pepper. I hope it should be just mild enough to give an energy boost. The probiotics and prebiotics are supposed to make you feel fuller and stimulate the hormone production of GLP-1 in the gut which is not clear. So I will follow the instructions to 1 capsule a day. I look forward to seeing the benefits that come from taking this.

I know cinnamon is an issue for those on some blood thinners.
I like the product for me, I appreciate the Turmeric (and it saves me some money since I normally take turmeric). I also appreciate getting my pre- and pro- biotics all in one go.
That said, this does appear to be fairly expensive. It’s a two month supply, so about $20/month. It just doesn’t seem like it has enough turmeric to warrant that kind of price but your mileage may vary.

This multi product supplement is a game changer for me. I take these supplements separately and this has drastically cut down the amount of capsules I take daily. Amazon prohibits me from citing the benefits of this supplement. A quick search into each ingredient will tell you all you need to know. I did not get any type of jitters from the green tea in this supplement. I had no burps or aftertaste either. This pro and prebiotics are where it’s all.

I always like to research the companies I am buying from, especially for products that are ingested. I came across the information that Nextdia is a company that sells a variety of wellness products, including gummies that contain vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Nextdia products are made in the USA and are available on Amazon.
GLP-1 medication became very popular because of its success, but people who are on it should consult with their medical provider before taking any supplements, because some may interact with the medication.
The jar has 120 capsules and the recommendation is one per day – therefore this will last for four months. The label on the top mentioned women – is this mostly for women? However this is not specified anywhere else.
Overall it seems to be a good product. I took it for a week with no side effects.

The list of ingredients is straightforward enough for me to feel that it is a safe supplement to try. One of the most important things for me to review on supplements is that they arrive fully safety sealed – which this was, both a full outer plastic seal and the additional seal inside the cap. They are standard size capsules, no smell or taste and easy to swallow. I had to go back to the product listing to actually read the information since the label is printed far too small for ANYONE to be able to read it. It’s a little bit unclear that these are actually intended to be 1 per day – since it also states to be taken 30 minutes before meals.

My wife bought this product because of ‘GLP-1’. She researched the brand, and even though there were no reviews, she thought it would be worth trying. This product was used daily, but no difference was noticed. It caused some considerable stomach discomfort, and we had to stop using it. She did not realize that there was no return policy, so we are stuck with this product, but we will no longer consume it due to the discomfort and lack of results

Price is right. Ingredients seem good quality. Love having something I can take once a day and receive so many health benefits it one single supplement. Easy to swallow and no aftertaste. Good value.
