I’ve tried a bunch of different brands of saffron and i like this one the best. I’ve purchased it in the past and then it was unavailable for a short period if time. During that time i tried other brands. This ones nice because its 100mg. The 87 or whatever the others are, just doesn’t cut it for me and i didn’t feel like they were actually working. I noticed this helps curb my appetite and i definitely saw an improvement in my mood while on this. Awesome for a natural supplement like saffron! I’ll keep buying this product as long as i can. I only rated 4 stars instead of 5, since i was unable to order it for a while. Definitely recommend.

Once a day supplement that helps keep your appetite suppressed and helps loose weight with slight exercise, I have lost 5 pounds in the 3 weeks I have started this supplement. I take mid morning to help stop mid day snacking and has seemed to help keep my sweet snack snacking to a minimal not craving sweets or snacks as much, I do eat 3 well portioned meals a day. Great supplement, I plan on keeping in my regimen for at least 6 months and then will reevaluate for me at that point. Happy with Ssffron pure extract so far.

It is easy to swallow, there’s no flavor to it, and not as thick. However it works wonders I went through a time where I could not stop anything. I ate everything that I could get my hands on, even if I look at something sweet or crave I would buy it eat it until satisfied. This saffron was my savior. Now thanks to this supplement I have control over my cravings even I look at any junk. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who has issues with controlling their appetite. I only 2 tabs in the morning and be good through out the day.

I got this because it was 1x a day and last for 3 months, so it’s a pretty good deal.
I struggle with emotional eating, weight loss, horrible pms symptoms and anxiety/depression.
Since taking this I feel I don’t eat my emotions and am better at controlling my food intake, and I feel more emotional balanced and happy , the biggest plus is it really seems to help with my horrible pms symptoms.
When I would start “that time of month” I would be bed ridden by horrible pain for a day or 2, but since taking this I was able to function with help from a few Tylenol, and my flow seems a lot more normal.
So this is a first supplement I will actually stick with. And wanted to share my own positive results with others who are looking for some relief
