I don’t usually leave reviews on here unless I’m truly impressed (or disappointed) with what I’ve purchased. More than impressed with this stuff, I’m amazed even. I’ve struggled with psoriasis since I was young and I’ve tried every topical ointment/shampoo/remedy in existence without any notable success. I just recently happened upon an article about cayenne being successful in treating it, so I decided hey, what the heck. Doesn’t hurt to try, right? After browsing some different options, I decided on this one (obviously) and placed the order. It arrived one day later than estimated, but I wasn’t in a rush, so not a big deal for me. Tried it out that night and saw IMMEDIATE results! I’d venture to say the “burn” is akin to icy hot. And I’ve seen a lot of complaints about the odor, but, while strong, I think it smells more like cinnamon, and not unpleasant in the least. I’ve just applied it for the third night this week, and while I noticed instantly that it was less red, flakey, and generally noticable, I’ve also realized that it’s starting to recede as well. I’m astonished at how well it seems to be working! And I can finally pull my hair up again without worrying about everyone staring or asking about it. Absolutely worth every penny spent, and I’d do it a hundred times over!!

This product has been very helpful. It provides relief from strong aches and pains. Its aroma is pleasant, a kind of root beer scent. It is fairly easy to apply.
A family member had a violent car accident and they do get relief from this product.
Be careful not to get this in your eyes or noses. You should apply this using a tissue or cloth. The product can rub off onto pillows and bed sheets while you sleep or rest.
Overall, this product is highly recommended.

Hoping for more. Bought for a parent and they said it was not effective. I bought as a substitute for Heet and it isn’t hot at all. Too bad cause it is expensive and there really isn’t any thing else.

Did a great job on my wife’s back. But…..it’s quite expensive and she went through it all in three days. I won’t buy again.

I have been using this product for several years now and it has never failed,it is fantastic for muscle injuries and soreness.My wife suffers from quite bad pain in her back which comes on out of the blue,after a few days applying this ointment she is back to herself,it is totally natural so no nasty chemicals and most importantly it works!

Highly recommend! This Cayenne Heat Ointment is the best on the market! A few years ago I had this dark mark under both my breasts that I had gotten from the bra I wore and I applied this heat ointment to it and within a few weeks the black mark was gone! My son has a knee injury from sports, he uses this whenever he needs relief! This ointment is made of the best quality… a little is all you need! It is very hot and works for hours. You can rub it on the night before and go out in the sun the following day and still find the area you put it on is on fire and you’re questioning yourself why is that area on fire… then you’ll remember, oh is the Cayenne! You have any type of poor circulation issue… this ointment will clear that up in no time! Swelling on your legs, no problem! Trust me… this ointment has a wide range of uses! 5 💫💫💫💫💫 stars!

This product really helps with my shoulder pain. Just make sure you don’t forget it anywhere you don’t want to feel the burn. This is my second review because my first one was denied by some fake reason so hopefully this 1 will appear.

I’ve used this product for many years. Originally found it at my local nutrition store. Because it was sold out for months my daughter told me about a new way to order products online “Amazon”. She looked it up, found it, ordered it, and it was delivered three days later. This product was my very first experience with Amazon. AWESOME!
This product has helped me and my clients in amazing ways.
Personally, I’ve had times when my pain had been so great one would consider going to emergency room. Instead I placed this product on the pain, wrapped the area with a towel, then went to bed… the next morning the pain was completely gone. Clients call it The Orange Miracle Ointment.
At the current price I will keep buying it. It is an amazing product and the valuable relief is worth the cost.
The price has been going up over the years. Like the Apple iPhone the increase in price is getting to a point that switching products is on my mind. At some point the companies will exceed the consumers willingness to pay. Current price point causes me to use this product sparingly. If price continues to increase I would be in the market for a replacement product.
Next I’ll add cautions that works for me… note: these cautions are well worth consideration but does not outweigh the benefits.
1) Be aware to not touch eyes or private areas after applying this product (don’t touch treated area and then touch eyes or privates / caution when using bathroom 🥵).
2) If this product is causing a burning sensation do not apply water to cut the heat. Water makes it burn more. Instead apply an oil: Coconut oil, olive oil, etc…
3) This product is orange. It will stain material. If placing product on shoulders for example… wearing a brown shirt (NOT WHITE) works well.
Brown sheets on bed (NOT WHITE). These are things that will help avoid ruining your white or light colored materials.
