These are an easy way to add more fiber into your diet. I notice that my bathroom trips are more productive and firmer. But make sure you are adequately hydrated or else they can bind you up.

Unfortunately, one of my required nightly medications causes moderate constipation. Rather than take a drug/medicine based laxative, I have been using the natural fiber supplement psyllium husk. I have been a repeat buyer of the Amazing Formulas brand and it helps keep me regular. I take one capsule with lunch and one with dinner and that is the perfect amount for me. I prefer just swallowing a pill with a glass of water over a few minutes, rather than mixing a fiber supplement in to water and having to taste and feel it. The size of the capsules is on par with other brands I have tried with the same amount of fiber and they have no taste or odor.

I use to use another brand “NOW Supplements” but it seems out stock for some reason that I have to go with this brand, to be honest, it has a bad taste which makes me sick taking these pills first thing in the morning. Taste bad!: -(

I’ve been using this product regularly for months. I like that it’s only one capsule daily with a meal. I also like that it doesn’t contain any unnecessary stuff. No fillers, nothing artificial. It’s reasonably priced & it’s a 4 month supply (120 servings). Overall, I think it’s a great product. It’s worked well for me.

Odd scent and taste to these capsules which was not the case in the past. I phoned the company, have not heard back. I no longer recommend this product and would not purchase again.

This psyllium works quite well and has a larger amount of it per capsule than other brands. It’s inexpensive, too, always a plus!
