This is my first week taking this. I’m 37 yrs old, and I’ve noticed a difference with my energy and mood. I only take half the dose, one pill, and that’s enough to completely jack me up and make me feel great – energized and focused beyond what caffeine can do. It makes me feel strong physically and mentally, while making my emotions more even. The only complaint I have is, it has made my hair fall out! My heart is also racing like I have anxiety, and I can’t sleep at night. During the day, I’ll suddenly have a wierd fatigue that feels like adrenal fatigue. Also, something weird started happening, there’s pain in my chest and it’s shooting down my left arm and into my hand. Why this would cause peripheral neuropathy is a mystery. There’s not a lot of literature on this, is it safe for women who have PCOS or does it increase the androgens? There’s a lot of unanswered questions, and I am also afraid this could be cancer causing if taken chronically. For the most part, I feel like my old self again, with some symptoms, but for now, the symptoms are worth it for me to be able to make it through my day.

Researching ways to maintain normal hormones at the mid stage of life I began taking dhea then found this product no need for a separate supplement as this combo stimulates the natural body response to declining with age levels of masuline and feminine hormones.I like that it comes in differnt ratios too depending on the needs of the person I have not experienced any negative side effects as reported by traditional medicine practitoners who prefer synthetic forms of HRT as standard for pre menopause or the full version it seems to work for me I use this 3 weeks then one week off and I have none of the symptoms you are supposed to have with crazy flucuation of hormones as we age (mid 40s)

I didn’t get any of the benefits mentioned on the package. I was dissatisfied by the performance of this, especially because I can’t get a refund for it. I do not recommend buying this.

Through blood work my Dr. found that I was low on both of these in my body.I haven’t been back to my Dr. yet to do more blood work to see if it is working or not.

I’ve never used a combo of Pregnenelone & DHEA plus a blend of nutrients I was unfamiliar with. So far so good; I take 1/day and notice a boost of energy and clarity. I took 2 one day but felt too amped & couldn’t sleep. I’m very low in DHEA (as most adults are) and always take micronized Preg. and DHEA for energy, hormone balance and immunity. I’ll likely order this one again. Experts always suggest taking Preg. with DHEA to ensure absorption and metabolism as Preg. is known as the “Mother Hormone”.

It has helped me in many ways including back pain and thumb to wrist pain.
I take it every morning and whenever I stop using it all of my symptoms return and I am reminded to keep using it to function. I hope this product will continue to be manufactured as I will be needing it desperately.
