The peppermint oil pills came in good condition& none of them were stuck together!! By research, they’re supposed to be a lot of health benefits! The peppermint is not too strong, but just a nice taste. First time I got this brand & I will definitely get it again!☺️

AS someone who has very few foods that agree with me, this stuff is GREAT. Its not too heavy, it is not overpowering. I use it at home as needed, but in the rare occasions that I do go out to eat, I always take one before as a preventative measure. Always carry these in my purse. Not a chalky or gross tasking tablet, goes down easy and does work.

Seems to calm my gut. However, I can’t find any guidance as to how long or much I can use over time. There are some sources that say peppermint oil can damage your body and to use only for short periods so I only use it once in a while.

This is the first time I couldn’t come up with a title so I’ll tell you like it is here in my review. My doctor prescribed peppermint oil and I found this. I really like how it has 365 pills and you take one per day. That means a bottle lasts a year. Given that, this stuff is cheap! Cheap meaning, inexpensive. No aftertaste no peppermint burping, small and easy to swallow. Having said all that what you really want to know is does it work. Well I doubt it will cure you, it hasn’t cured me then again I don’t think it’s meant to be a cure. I’m no doctor but I think it supposed to help you manage the issue better. I have to say it does just that. less urgency allows you more time to deal with the situation. To put it in a nice way. IBguard works better but. Really expensive given that you take 2 pills every 6 hours. That’s a ton of pills and gets old really quick. Who wants to take that many pills. Then again what’s the alternative? The bottom line it the IBguard works in the same way, helps you manage the issue better but is not a cure and it’s not meant to be. Doni need to take both? Probably not but I’ll take anything that helps. My apologies that this review is long but you need to have the info to determine if this product is right for you. Let me finish by saying I take both. Why not? It’s not harmful and it could be helping me. It’s cheap, it’s peppermint oil that the doctor prescribed and I like it. Hopefully one day the doctor can cure the issue and I won’t need to take it. In the meantime, yes! I recommend this product. Did that help you in any way or confuse you? I hope I helped you decide for yourself. In the most simplest terms I can put it. Doc says take peppermint oil so I do. This is one of the two I take. There you go. If your taking peppermint oil I feel for you it’s an issue that can be dibilitating. I pray we all get cured. Until then, I’d buy this product. I’m very happy I was able to find it on Amazon! Thanks Amazon I couldn’t find it elsewhere.
