My mother is huge on taking supplements, and she told me I should get milk thistle to help with my liver health since I like to grab a beer now and then. Product itself is fairly straightforward. Whole Food is a well know healthy grocery store and they have well made product. Dosage appears to be inline with what I could find online in terms of recommended daily dosage. Pill is slightly smaller than a CoQ10 pill, so easy to swallow.
No complaints.

The supplement come with capsules. The isnstruction is somehow vague. It says Take a capsule, 1-3 times per day. It does not mention before drink, after drink or during drink. I tried before drink and did not feel much better lol. Probably gonna try a few more times and update this review later.

When it comes to supplements, I am a huge advocate of going with trusted name brands. 365 is the brand under whole foods and they consistently live up to quality standards.
The product I received was fresh, well-sealed, and in good condition. I inspected the capsules in the bottle and found each of the capsules consistent with each other as well as the amount of fill. The product didn’t have any odd colors or smells.
I was able to take this supplement with an empty stomach as well as a full stomach without any issues. I was also able to take this product in the morning and at night. The product did not affect my sleep.
Overall, I think this is a highly quality product and I recommend you give it a try.

I trust anything made under the Whole Foods umbrella and this supplement is a good one. No side effects whether taken with a meal or not; just an easy to swallow tablet and hopefully good for me as well. I don’t drink to excess but I’m on vacation and having a few cocktails and I future this can’t hurt (and it has not!) Well priced and easy to take.

I use this product exclusively to help my liver whenever I drink alcohol. Milk thistle has shown some effectiveness at protecting your liver while drinking, and while it doesn’t make a difference in feeling – I take it like a multivitamin. Something that probably won’t hurt you, but maybe..just maybe, it’ll make a difference long term. So why not, right?
Love the brand, I trust them with their production standards. Has a slight scent per capsule of the milk thistle, but I don’t mind it at all. Highly recommend this brand!

A friend who drinks quite a bit of alcohol mentioned milk thistle to help with liver function. This is from a trusted brand. It’s easy to swallow, the price is fairly low and it’s like taking a multivitamin – doesn’t affect how I feel at all. Hopefully it is protecting my liver since I do enjoy craft beer.
