I can stomach (pun intended) these gummies, but the turmeric and ginger mixed with citrus taste just does not hit the spot. The gummies are quite large and also come with a bad aftertaste. I didn’t notice any stomach pain after taking this, but it might be because I was more focused on the tongue pain instead.

Honestly a gummy isn’t my preferred type of vehicle for a probiotic. I’m not totally against gummy vitamins, but it feels unnecessary for a probiotic. I am glad at least that it is actual sugar; I’d prefer that over sugar substitutes. My children gave mixed reviews on the taste–my older two said it was “bearable” but not enjoyable, while my youngest said she really liked it. We’ll finish out the container, but there are other non gummy options out there I’ll probably switch to afterwards.

These sound great and don’t taste bad at all. I haven’t been able to get my niece to eat them yet though. She is picky about food and although these have a great message and seem to do the trick, I have to think of a clever way that she doesn’t notice she is having one of these. She does struggle from belly issues and I think these will be great once she just has them. So I will keep trying! It doesn’t happen overnight.

I found this item easy to chew and digest. I actually really like the texture and flavor. They don’t taste too much like candy, which I think is good, because you wouldn’t want a kid to eat the whole package at once. But, it is a pleasant flavor. I think you could get most kids to eat it without them complaining it tastes bad like medicine.
I replaced my normal fiber gummies with these, and took one twice a day, and i have no complaints. It was fine for my purposes.
I would caution that for a young child, these are very chewy and rounded, and kind of sticky, about the size of a grape, so you might want to cut them in half before giving it to them.
For an older kid, these might not be economical. It would last 5 days at the regular dosage for 12 and older.

This is a nice mix of nutrients and supplements. You should do research on what each does, but suffice to say it is a nice blend. We used it and it seemed to help digestion for the lil one. It doesn’t taste super good though (ginger + tumeric = hmm) so it might be hard to convince a fussy toddler to down it. I personally eat these too and I can’t tell if they have a super big impact but there wasn’t any negative side effects. It’s a good mix of ingredients though and it is formulated and manufactured in the USA, which gives it a plus. Definitely worth giving a try though!
