These don’t seem to have a taste to me. I love they have DHA and iron in them. They are large pills which aren’t a problem for me. I appreciate a good clean non gmo non artificial sustainably sourced supplement. The price is a right for the quality. Only thing I noticed is I take these at night and in the morning I urine seems to be more yellow looking.

Looking for a prenatal for my wife with Omega 3s and Iron and this product checked all the boxes. Capsules are on the larger size, but easier than taking 2-3 pills if you don’t mind swallowing a larger pill. Ingredients appeared to be well-sourced, but not a lot of extra information provided to go off. Overall would say that this is a quality product but also a little on the expensive side.

These prenatals are very well balanced from what I can tell. The fish oils is what I am lacking in and need desperately and I’m very glad to see that there was a good mix of omegas in here. This did not bother my stomach and I didn’t have any burp up taste of fish oils, but there is a mix of multiple fish being used for this pill. These pills are monsters and are very very large. They are well coated and easier to swallow because of the coating. If it weren’t for the coding though, I don’t know that I would be able to swallow it at all. The bottle itself could be about half the size that it is. It takes up quite a lot of room for not holding that many pills. There is definitely a solid supply in here, but the bottle is only about half full.

Although these are large they aren’t hard to swallow. I don’t have many complaints. Just another vitamin, it does the job just wish it came in a larger pack.

Surprisingly large (1 inch), but since these are softgels, I was still able to swallow one without a fight. These are orange flavored, i guess just in case you get burps they will be orange instead of fish flavored from all the fish-derived omegas). Slight scent of orange as I opened the bottle, that was nice. These are good supplements with an assortment of vitamins and minerals that I’m interested in for general health (not pregnant).

Upon opening the bottle, there was a massive amount of empty space inside. I know there are only 30 soft gels, but does the bottle really need to be so tall and wide?
Next up, these are supposed to be easy to swallow, but it hurt when I tried, unlike my other soft gels of similar size. These are labeled “soft gels,” and maybe they are on the inside, but the coating feels like pill capsules. They have a lot of friction, not smooth like soft gels, and catch on my throat while I try to swallow.
I like how these include omega-3, but the execution of the bottle and “soft gels” themselves should be better.

These softgels are quite large, even compared to other large prenatal multivitamins on the market. I, personally, have a hard time swallowing large pills and usually opt for gummies, but most gummies don’t include iron. I do take a liquid iron supplement when needed. I like that these vitamins include iron, as Omega-3s. If you can get past the size of them, they aren’t too bad.

I did not like these prenatal vitamins and would not recommend them. I wouldn’t call them easy to swallow at all. I definitely gagged on them a couple of times. I gave them a few weeks to see if things improved but what I found was that while I was taking them my urine was an unsettling bright neon yellow/green color and I didn’t realize how bad DHA can be for some people’s bodies. I originally liked the idea of these vitamins because they had iron in them and I’m quite anemic during pregnancy and postpartum, but I wouldn’t recommend these to anyone.
