Very good high quality magnesium. Has a good blend of several different types of magnesium so you get all the benefits from just one capsule. Also these are capsules, which I prefer over tablets because for me swallowing capsules is easier. Very good product. Will make this my staple magnesium.

Vitacost Ultra Magnesium is an optimal product for heart rhythm and regulation because it contains several types of the best magnesium the body requires for electrical signaling the brain so important for a steady heart rate. At the top of the list for heart regulation are magnesium malate, taurinate, and amino acid chelate.
I have PVCs and was taking just one 300mg capsule daily with food, however, when increased to two caps (600mg) the PVCs reduced significantly. I highly recommend this supplement if you have heart arrhythmia. In addition, I take 2000 mg of fish oil and 200 mg of COQ-10 daily.

Not sure if this is a quality product or helps with what it is intended for. All I can say is that I’ve been using it for a couple years now to stay regular. I take 3-5 capsules at bed time, and have been clock work regular each morning. I will not be without this product and will continue to purchase this. Great price for a generous bottle and last a while. Good mix of beneficial magnesiums.
