I do have some that are as high as 300b, but at 60b if someone is telling me they need maintenance this is the right amount. If you are telling me you have a crazy thing going on with some part of your body that is very much so all about good and and bacteria such that I must bomb it with something I’d recommend another product. For the average person just starting out though 60b is already a pretty good solid dose and you can take as much as you want without a problem.
It’s also a pretty healthy dose to sort you out for most 1st world travel.

I have been taking this Bcuelov Probiotic/Prebiotic supplement for a few weeks and I notice less bloating, even when I eat a little in excess. The health of my gut is the main purpose for which I am taking this. I like the way the list the bacteria contained in the probiotic blend.
There has been no discomfort or negative side effects so far. All positive.

This isn’t anything really to write home about. I have taken probiotics for years and some have been better than others. This is not one of the better ones. I’ve learned that for my particular issues, I don’t need to have all these different strains so I normally stick to certain ones. But I figured I would order this and take it to give a review. But the more strains you have, that whole 60 billion CFU means less for each individual strain.
But the thing that really bothers me is the price. I have used probiotics aimed for women with more CFUs and 3 times the product for less than what you’re paying for this bottle of 30. If you want a mid-grade probiotic, then look elsewhere because they’re charging too much.

I discovered probiotics only a few years ago but they cured my severe bathroom issues and I’ll never go a day without them. I’ve cycled through various brands and they all seem to treat me well, so I have yet to complain about any. These go down as easily as any others, they keep me normal, and I’ve seen no side effects. It’s not a bad price though you can find better if you buy more volume.
