I really think my leg cramps worsened after I started taking them. I took two per day until the bottle was empty. I hope they work for others but they didn’t for me. I was really hoping these were the answer to my leg cramp problems.

I have tried several different Magnesium supplements made specifically for Nocturnal Leg cramps. None of them worked until I tried Crampin. It took about 3 weeks but the cramps have stopped. I could not be more excited about this product! It must be all the B vitamins that are in Crampin and not in the other brands that I tried. They are a rather big pill and the texture is rough so they are not real easy to swallow but worth it to try. I highly recommend this product!
