Honestly I didn’t really like this product but I didn’t know any better about the ingredients when I purchased it. I don’t like being the one to rag on a company but I want to be honest with you guys. I saw the price and thought it was a great deal but I was pretty disappointed. I bought this to help with my skin and for anti inflammatory purposes but I didn’t notice a difference at all even after finishing the entire bottle. I took it religiously too. I thought that it didn’t make any difference as long as it was cod liver oil and high vitamin A, but I was wrong. I recently purchased Garden of Life’s Olde world Norwegian Cod Liver oil which is a liquid and slightly more expensive because of the quality of the ingredients and I have noticed a huge difference within days. DAYS, people! Don’t make my mistake and be a cheapskate, just buy the higher quality one right off the bat and save yourself the time and money.

5 stars for getting what I ordered fast. As far as me rating the product , I have zero opinion at the moment. I have literally taken 2 doses. I can say that the capsules are easy to swallow and have the faintest if any, fish smell. Will update this review once I have done my due diligence.

I have taken Cod Liver oil for 30+ tears on a daily basis. It had practically eliminated all arthritic neck and knee pain that kept me from playing the tennis I love. I am fanatic about Cod oil and not just any fish oil supplement. And this Norwegian double strength allows me to be able to take just one instead of the three a day of the other. Love this stuff.
