I gave it 30 days. I developed the worst smelling gas that could clear a room. Never had bad gas until I tried these. Not something I’m willing to tolerate.

After a month, I feel that I am seeing positive results from the product, especially related to better quality and quantity of sleep as verified by my fitness tracker. My mood also seems better. Would expect these benefits to increase over time. Like that the gels are natural, small and easy to take.

I took this for several months and it made no positive difference. I did have constant mouth ulcers and earaches, though.

I have a variety of ailments, from physical pains to mental struggles, and I often experiment with supplements, diets, and life hacks that might help. Here’s a list of the most effective ones I’ve found:
1. Modifying my diet has been the number one treatment for everything, by far. Mainly reducing carbohydrates and eating nutrient dense foods.
2. Excessive amounts of B vitamins (Nature Made Super B Complex is my go to.)
3. E-mountain biking (I have bad knees so it’s about the only way I can get decent cardio.)
4. To my surprise, Immy.
The effects of this pill are subtle. It doesn’t feel like a medication or anything like that but I do notice less pain, less anxiety (more calmness), and better digestion after taking it, enough to write this review.
Again, it’s subtle, so keep expectations low, but I feel in combination with the list above, it’s worth the cost, or at least worth a try to see if it helps you.
One note I wanted to add, after learning a little more about it, is apparently it’s a bacterium sourced from soil. It makes me wonder if it’s something we’re supposed to consume from nature, if we grew our own food, but because most foods we purchase are washed before they hit the grocery store, we miss out on it. Just a questionable theory I had after noticing the benefits and learning the soil connection.

Not benefit for me with this! I used it for 4 days during which my bowel movements included enormous amounts of gas. I was disappointed, hoping I could reap some of the promised benefits such as reduced anxiety, inflammation control, and immune system support. For me all the effects seemed just the opposite : /.
