These performance very well and are easy to use and take. They have a nice balancing effect and I think I can report that I’m sleeping better they taste like nothing but my mood and sleep have improved, so I’ll take it. I think this is a great product at a reasonable price. I like that these are quick dissolve capsules with 500 mg L-tyrosine. They do not have other supplements added to the mix, so you don’t have to check and/or calculate how much to take. These are easy to swallow even though the capsule is what I consider a bit large, and you can also easily open a capsule and put it in your favorite beverage. I like that they have easy open flip-top cap, keep them out of reach of children. They are manufactured in the USA, third-party tested, gluten-free, non-GMO, and manufactured in a GMP facility. They do have a gelatin capsule for those who are concerned, but you can open the capsule. The bottle notes a serving is 1 capsule and it can be taken up to three times a day, preferably on an empty stomach. I have been taking 500 mg for more than a year, so this is 200 servings for me. I have purchased other supplements from this brand in the past.
