First off this has a very mild flavor that does not have an after taste. I really like the product and hope over time, it will provide the results I’m looking for.
My challenge is that this needs to be refrigerated after opening and forget to take it every day. I’m getting better at it. I do take a lot of supplements and opening the fridge has not been a part of that routine. That is the biggest challenge I find with supplements is taking them consistently.
I will persevere though.

I ordered this hoping that would be an easy way to take protein. I usually have protein mixed in with my coffee for the morning and the dosage is around 10 to 20 grams of protein when I use my powdered protein. One dosage of of this liquid for in one protein only has 10, 000 mcg which is extremely small. Looking over the rest of the ingredients it looks like the only high dosage is in biotin.

I ordered these drops to try something besides the pills. The bottle is a descent size and has an expiration date of 2026. So I was in no rush to start using this and waited til I was done with my pills. The directions say to use 20 drops or 1ml. The dropper holds 1ml; however, no matter how many times or different ways I tried to fill the dropper I could not get it to 1ml. Not a big deal I just did .75ml & .25ml or .5ml twice. You don’t actually realize just how much 1ml is until you have to hold it under your tongue like the instructions indicate. So it’s actually better to separate the amount in my opinion. There is no smell to the liquid, but it does have flavor to it. To me it’s not an unpleasant taste, it’s actually ok. The reason for the 4 stars is that it has to be refrigerated once opened. That means I’m going to forget to take it everyday since it’s not going to be in my medicine cabinet next to my regular daily vitamin.

I have been taking a hair, skin, and nails supplement in gummy form for a few months because I am on medications for RA that thins my skin and causes hair loss, plus I need the collagen for joint support. They have been helping, but I’m not fond of all the sugar in the gummies. So when I saw these drops, I decided I’d give them a try. I mix them with a little water or Greek yogurt to take, and they have a faint raspberry flavor that actually tastes pretty good.
They have the same supplements as my old gummies, and in the same amounts per serving, so I’m sure they will perform just as well. I also like that they are alcohol and sugar free.

I like these drops in the liquid form better than the powder for getting in my collagen peptides and I was also taking a hair skin and nails supplement in a gummy form but I like this delivery much better. The taste isn’t bad at all especially because it is stored in the fridge once opened. (That’s also a great place to store it to be able to remember to take it because I must open that door a million times a day!). The fact that it’s kept cold is a testament to the pure ingredients in my opinion and the results are noticeable for me especially in my nails. Highly recommend!

This liquid collagen peptides is definitely a game changer. I am so used to using the powder. The liquid is so much easier to ingest. Has a little taste, but not a bad one. After completing the bottle, I noticed my nails started growing (normally a nail biter) and my skin just looks so much healthier and clear. I haven’t noticed any changes in my hair as of yet. I will continue to use this product to give it more time in my system. Overall good product.

This liquid collagen supplement has to be refrigerated after opening, so just a word to the wise. I was surprised to read that on the label, but there it is.
Supposedly, this liquid collagen tastes like raspberry. It is an extremely faint flavor, but I am happy about that. I am taking another liquid supplement that is tasteless, and I can put them in the same big glass of water and hardly taste a thing. I like liquid supplements because they make me hydrate! I suppose if you put them directly on your tongue you will taste the raspberry more strongly.
You use twenty drops at a time. The drops come out of the dropper quickly, though, and it doe4sn’t seem like a huge amount. I think the bottle will last for some time.
The droplets contain a lot of biotin, 1000 mcg of hydrolyzed collagen, plus hydrolyzed keratin and saw palmetto extract. They should be good for the hair, nails, and skin, and hopefully, joint support, which is what I used collagen for and which is named on the label.
