    I was pretty happy with how fast my pain dissipated, but it made my stomach hurt pretty bad. I originally took as directed on the label, but it was too hard on my stomach. I tried taking it with food, eating and waiting 15 min, reducing to 1 tablet working towards 3 and I just couldn’t get past the stomach issues.

    My aunt suffers with osteoarthritis and struggles with inflammation of her joints. This product considerable helps ease her pain and reduces inflammation. It may increase heart burn if you take it on an empty stomach but otherwise lives up to the hype. 10/10 would recommend anyone try this if they think it might help. It’s also organic and doesn’t contain any harmful pesticides which could make things worse.

    This was recommended by my physical therapist for sharp, painful cramps that would come unexpectedly if I moved my legs quickly or suddenly.

    In a nutshell, since I began taking 3 tablets of turmeric every day, i have COMPLETELY stopped getting those cramps.

    I suffer from joint pain. Not a big fan of supplements because I heard that some of them have a bad taste. Although it took awhile, my doctor convinced me to try this.

    Skeptic no more! Noticed a huge difference with just one dosage. And this is with only 2 pills. I’d love not to have to rely on pain meds for relief. While I still need my pills, I have significantly lower how many and often I need them. Kidneys and liver are tinkled pink.

    Bonus points for not having any taste. I had no problem swallowing them, which was a concern. I can swallow 2 pills at a time. I will definitely buy them again.
