I ordered these gummies because I take magnesium glycinate on a regular basis for my restless leg.
They have a nice blueberry or orange taste, and chew. These gummies are sweetened with fructooligosaccharides rather than sugar. This lets them taste sweet like candy but without the blood sugar spike. I understand their advertising that “a candy helps you sleep better” but these should not be treated as candy.
The cost winds up being about $.50 per night, so they aren’t inexpensive, but my wife is happy that I’m not kicking her at night. Also, since these gummies also supply 100 mg of CoQ-10 you’re getting extra for your money.

I have has a lot of issues the last few years and have been trying various things to try and help me sleep better. This is the latest product I have tried and they definitely did help me sleep a bit better.
My main issue is waking up frequently during the night and not feeling very well rested when I finally do have to get up. After a few weeks of using these I noticed I tended to sleep more soundly and would wake up feeling more relaxed and rested.
The flavor is great and I enjoy the chewy gummy texture. In addition to the magnesium there is also a good range of other vitamins to maintain your health as well.

I’ve been taking gummies like these from a few different companies for the last year and these are pretty much the exact same ingredients and amounts as all the others, the benefits are also the same. The only difference has been the flavor and honestly they’ve all been good, just like eating a gummy candy. On that note I found I have to keep them away from my grandkids as they would surely eat the bottle!
As with most of the bottles some gummies stick together and I have to pry them apart.
I would say, just look at the country it’s made in and find the cheapest and go for it…

I’ll keep my review simple and straightforward. I’ve been looking for the last 6 months for a solution to my anxiety in trouble sleeping at night, without having to take more medication. These gummies are easy and pleasant to chew. For bedtime, they take about an hour to kick in, but it’s very gradual, and you’ll likely not notice, until you’re asleep of course 🙂 this is one of the things I did not like about taking medication for sleep, it’s common times you start noticing the effects when it kicks in, and they don’t always feel very good or they make you feel sluggish, instead of just putting you to sleep. These gummies don’t have that effect. They gradually kick in and work great. Not only am I able to fall asleep easier, but I sleep mostly throughout the night. I used to wake up six times a night now I only wake up twice a night and when I do, I’m able to fall right back to sleep.
Now I feel a bit rested in the morning when I wake up. These are also fantastic to take one in the early afternoon to help ease anxiety throughout the day. I was able to reduce the dose of my anxiety medication now that I’m taking these gummies.

As a Vine reviewer, I have had the opportunity to try the calcium gummies made by this company. It tastes suspiciously the same as this magnesium gummies. And given that I can’t really find any information about the manufacturers, I can’t really tell if I can trust what the label says.
Having said that, I can’t claim that the product ingredients are misrepresented since my magnesium levels are within normal range. I was just advised by my doctor to take magnesium supplements.
As such, I will limit my review to taste and ingredients. Taste-wise, this brand tastes like orange-flavored candy gummy bears. It is so much easier to take than magnesium pills. As for ingredients, if the labels can be trusted, this meets my daily requirements.
