Love these way more than gummies and work as a great. Just take with water 30 min prior to eating your meals and I get full way faster. Directions say you can take between 2 – 6 per day I have best success taking 2 before breakfast and 2 before dinner and has helped me lose weight.

Nice vitamin, mineral and supplement blend for keto. Helps with avoidance of the “keto flu” when transitioning into ketosis upon starting a ketogenic diet, and also helps with getting back into ketosis after having a minor slip up of too many carbs. I mainly like this for the minerals, but I do appreciate the inclusion of the green tea and ACV. Easy to swallow capsules, no issues with taking, which is great because sometimes I can be sensitive to the caffeine in green tea supplements. Not so with this product.

These Ketogenix Keto Pills are intended as Keto support, they do not bring about ketosis or weight loss. They are fortified with vitamins and minerals that help when you are following a keto lifestyle. These do have rice flour in them, I believe to keep all the other substances evenly mixed, I’m not sure if the amount of rice flour would affect your carb count at all or not, or if it would bring you out of ketosis if you were intermittent fasting- so I would like to see the company clarify that in the listing. Otherwise it might not be ideal for every situation. As it is, I really like the ingredients and vitamins they included in this supplement, and especially I like the apple cider vinegar element. I don’t like drinking that in water, so getting a little this way in supplement form is ideal to me. I like that it has some elements to help with electrolyte balance, the sodium and potassium added specifically. This seems to have a lot of potential to be a help for those of us who follow keto or intermittent fasting as a lifestyle.

The bottle arrived on-time and was sealed well for safety and freshness. I think there’s a nice mix of things in these to do the job of helping to keep you in ketosis but, they’re definitely helpful in keeping your body hydrated too, which is great. With only that considered, I’d probably have given them a 5.5 to 5 star review but, I haven’t a couple of issues.
Cons: They seem a bit pricey in comparison to reasonably similar competitors. Also, their online presence on Amazon looks very nice and says they’re 3rd Party Tested, GMP Certified but, I see they distributed from a company in the USA but, I don’t know if they’re manufactured here. I then see that they didn’t post any of that information on the bottle itself so, that’s considered in this review.

There are benefits to apple cider vinegar but I cannot drink a shot of it without triggering a gag reflex so I decided to take the supplement instead. East to swallow and convenient. This would cost more that just buying the vinegar but for some like me its a challenge. So far I would say I have no complaints and feel good. Not sure where they are made or the research is done so if that matters then I suggest they put this info on the label.

I haven’t noticed any positive or negative effects of this product. Pill size is easy to swallow and I had no aftertaste or burps. No issues in the bathroom either. You get 60 capsules, 2 per serving that is either 1x per day or just before meals which would be a 30 day supply if 1x a day or less based on daily meal count.

Sometimes when I’m traveling, it’s not as easy for me to make sure that I am getting everything I need to balance out my keto plan. these supplements provide just a little bit of extra help to keep me on track and to keep my body fueled and fired. So far, I have been using the supplement just once a day 20 minutes before my biggest meal and it’s made a real difference for me. I am certainly pleased!
