In terms of effects, it is hard to say definitively if I have noticed any major changes. I have not gotten sick during this time, and I do feel like I have a bit more energy throughout the day. I hope it contributes to me sleeping a bit better. Whether that is directly attributable to this product or just a combination of factors, I am not entirely sure.

I started using this last week and it does not warn of of side affects. Do your research before purchase. It had caused intestinal pressure, weakness, hallucinations and and skin formications. (Skin tingling) I have lost sleep and it has made me feel like crap.
