I have been taking a DHEA supplement for some time now that I was buying from Wal-Mart. I decided to order my supplements online and chose to go from the 50mg that I was enjoying quite nicely, to a 100mg supplement I saw on here. After taking it for a week, I felt horrible. There was no DHEA in the supplement… Trust me when I say that you CAN tell a HUGE difference. After calling to complain about the fake supplement that I had been sold, Amazon refunded my money and I did a little more research this time.
The price is great for the 3pack. They are exactly what they advertise. Started feeling the benefits of the DHEA as soon as I started them. Even only at 50mg.
In my experience, DHEA, is great for lifting your mood and really seams to help your drive to go harder during workouts. Helps you be more focused and assertive. Makes a man feel more like a man.

I use this product a few times a year during periods when I am training more intensely than others. DHEA has tons of research and studies to back it up. No outrageous claims. I find that if I take it when my training is not intense or often in frequency (everyday), I will get minor breakouts (i.e. an occasional zit). However, while using it I find myself recovering easier and possessing the necessary energy to train harder. In this aspect, I find that it really helps to sustain normal hormonal balance and well-being. I purchased this brand because it had the 3 pack which was the cheapest, best option for me at the time, and I have used it before. All in all, I was very satisfied with my purchase, and I will purchase again.

Must Read. 🙂 In my first week+ of using it I’ve notice 1. Clear brain activity, faster thought process. 2. Become more aggressive (ppl might interpret this as negative but that’s the cause of Test raise) 3. Become like Energy Bunny 4. Couldn’t even stop thought process and difficulty falling asleep. All those symptoms are similar to those described by ppl who are using anabolic steroids. But, me being skeptical and thinking that it is Placebo effect I decided to do my blood test. No I did not do the blood test for DHEA and Test prior to using DHEA, however I do it regularly every year testing my Test level so I have something to compare to. Here are the results from some years: Year 2011 Test Serum 579, Year 2014 Test Serum 445, Year 2015 T Serum 533 Free test 16.9 Percent- 3.17 and Finally after taking DHEA Year 2017 Test Serum 685 Free T – 29.73 Percent 4.34 My DHEA level was too high that dr recommended me seeing thyroid dr, but I honestly told her that I was taking DHEA and no need to worry. Test levels r going down every year, but as u can see after taking it, it higher than what I had 6 years ago. I’m in my 40s so do not recommend this taking for someone in their 20s, plus cycle it, do NOT take for more than 3 weeks on, 5 weeks off. Hope that helps good luck all. I did take DHEA in the past but never felt like with this product.

I started taking these awhile back after doing some research for natural supplements and these are a daily must!! I had to increase to the 50 from the 25. If you are going thru the “gold years” and want natural here you go.

I have been using this for about a year and a half now and have been pleased with it. It makes up some of the low T issues I have had. It doesn’t seem to have fillers and other ingredients in it that other products have. I haven’t had the acne problems with this that I did with other manufacturers. I do get lab tests done every six months from my doctor and the results are real. I take a low dose, 2 50 mg tablets per day and that drops the fatigue I was getting from the low T.
Natrol has been around for 35 years now and I trust their brand.

I’ve been taking this for a few weeks now and I definitely think there has been some improvement in energy levels and my mood has been pretty good. I think Natrol is one of the more legit supplement companies, some of the other companies that are selling DHEA seem kinda shady. I have to say I think that I have been seeing good results using this product and will continue to do so. I also read in another review for this DHEA that adding a grape seed extract supplement would be a good idea for guys, and after doing some of my own research, it probably is. I’ve been using BRI Nutrition Grapeseed Extract with Natrol DHEA.

I take this daily and while I don’t know if it is directly helping me in anyway, blood testing shows that my previously low DHEA numbers are now in the healthy high part of the range. I am a 180 Lbs male currently. My doctor recommended the 50mg dose daily. Your doctor may recommend as low as 5mg daily. Check with your doctor and/or do your own blood testing to confirm.
Took off 1 star as this 50mg tablet is hard for me to swallow. It’s a non-coated powdering type pill that starts to break down fast. So the longer it takes to swallow, the worse it gets. I have used another 50mg DHEA tablet that is the same type and shape but half as thick because the other one didn’t contain calcium. Which I get plenty of via food and my multivitamin. I mainly bought this 50mg product because the cost per tablet is cheaper. Since I take this daily, I may just pay more for a tablet that is easier to swallow. It’s just so odd because the pill is so tiny and I take much larger pills like my multi-vitamin and Fish oil pills, but those are much smoother.
Overall, low cost and blood testing shows it effectively raised my DHEA level.

It’s been two weeks and I find my body juice lke before my menopause. I feel increase in libido. It’s 50mg and I break it into two and take only 25mg a day.
