It is a decent eye supplement I’ve been taking for a while and I could see some positive effects from taking this supplement. My eyes get less itchy and gets less tired after watching the screen for work hours in. Overall, solid product. 4 stars.

I have tried several dry eye supplements, and this one had the least effect.
The pills are on the larger end, although smaller than some of the Fish oil pills I have taken.
You are better off getting supplements for the fish oil and ALA for about a third of the cost of this.
I did not experience any negative effects.
3 Stars

I’m in that aging category where your eyes are not what they used to be. You used to be able to get up in the morning and start your day without even thinking about your eyes. You could focus at any distance at any time without any assistance and your vision would be clear as a bell (generalizing here!) The older we got the fussier our eyes got. Contributing to the fussy eyes is having dry eyes. They feel gritty and cloudy and I hate it! I am so grateful that science has found some solutions to support the health of our eyes, solutions that are healthy and natural. When I came across ProVision for Dry Eyes I read the label as I always to and saw alot of ingredients I had not seen before in supplements for eye health. ProVision included the basics we all know like the Omegas, vit.C, vitB6, copper.
The others I looked up because they were new to me as far as association to eye/vision support.
Alpha Linolenic Acid: part of the Omega 3 family
GLA from Sonova: Gamma Linolenic Acid supports the omegas to do their job better
Gastric Mucin Complex (Porcine): Mucins are molecules capable of binding lots of water thus acting as a natural lubricant. Offers long term protection without applying eye drops. This mucin is derived from pig.
Phosphatidyl Choline, Phosphatidyl Serine and PCE from Lecithin: Naturally occurring in food like eggs, whole grains, nuts etc. Offers support to all brain functions and anti-inflammatory.
Phytosterols: anti-inflammatory and supports brain health
Turmeric/Curcumin: may help protect the retina and may help treat dry eyes!
Wow! Nature holds many secrets!
This ProVIsion for dry eyes @ the suggested dosage of 2 a day is a 30 day supply, The cost is average. The gel capsules are a little larger than some but they are soft. Their supplements are manufactured to cGMP standards. No artificial colors, sugars, artificial sweeteners or chemical preservatives. They have 3rd party lab testing and have a HACCP certification (checking for food safety including supplements)
Before you use a supplement such as this check with your medical profession if these ingredients may interact with any medications you are taking. It may take a couple weeks to notice benefits. It took me almost 3 weeks for my eyes to feel noticeably less dry. Be patient.
I highly recommend this Dry Eye supplement from ProVision.

I normally say I like the ingredients in this supplement but not in this case. I get fish oil, but the long-list of un-familiar ingredients in this vitamin sends too many warning signals that say beware. And then to add to it, the ‘other ingredients’ portion has 13 additional ones. I did try one of these for two days straight, against the advice of my wife, just to see if it did help my eyes a bit. I took it after cutting the grass on a dry day (takes me two hours) which always leaves my eyes extra dry. I did nothing else to see if it cleansed them or caused my tear glands to fill up some to help with natural washing out. I felt nothing better.
Perhaps two tablets is not enough time, but I’m not willing to do much more than that without a deeper explanation on what all these things in these red tablets are supposed to do besides what fish oil does by itself. Sorry, two star on this one.

Short Review: These appear to be exactly what I’d hoped for. I wanted to try this supplement because I do have dry eyes and have recently begun taking Omega 3’s for that. I wasn’t familiar with this “ProVision” supplement though, so I did a quick review of product safety by looking at Transparency, Accountability and Quality.
Transparency: ProVision has trademark activity dating to 2014. The current owners are said to be “Vitamin Science, INC’. There is also a webpage that says “Since 2001, Vitamin Science has developed innovative professional formulas for ocular nutrition.” That gives them a 23 year track record, which is respectable.
Accountability: According to their webpage, Provision products are primarily sold at Qualified Eye Health professionals and pharmacies. On their website, ProVision claims, “Vitamin Science supplements are made in GMP-certified facilities to a superior quality standard”, but I’m unable to verify this.
Quality: These are slightly larger gelcaps, but because of their shape and smoothness they are easy for me to swallow. I traditionally experience dry eyes in the morning, but while I’ve been taking these I haven’t noticed the dryness, which is really nice.
This product is not sold at the ProVision web page, so I sent a note to the ProVision folks to make sure this was a legitimate seller and to ask about GMP certification. They did not respond, which was disappointing, but this is still a product I’d be willing to order again.

I’m sitting in front of the computer for 8+ hours a day and I’m pushing past 40, so, naturally, I’ve noticed my vision falling off a cliff this past year. I’ve never needed glasses before, but the world seems more and more blurry these days. So, I needed something to stop the damage.
This combo of supplements seems to do the trick. I’m not going to say I’m seeing like an eagle, but I think the regression has been mostly halted for the time being. No odd aftertaste, no stomach discomfort, and easy pill to swallow for me anyway.
8/10 I would recommend it. I hope this review is helpful.
