Fish Oil Omega 3 Supplement 2500 mg High EPA DHA Wild Caught Triple Strength Triglyceride Form Molecularly Distilled Omega 3 with No Fishy Burps – 90 Soft gels
Omega 3 is part of my daily wellness regimen.
It takes 21 days to build a routine and 90 days to make it stick.
This Omega Blu supplement meets the American Heart Association’s recommendation and it does so in just two soft gels.
This supplement is $1.11 per serving with 45 servings per bottle, making this supplement fairly expensive. I have been taking two of these Omega Blu easy to swallow soft gels and haven’t noticed any fish burps yet; however, I will look for a less expensive option.
Thank you so much for taking the time to read this review, have a FANTASTIC day!!

Fish oil is suppose to be good for the heart by lowering cholesterol, high blood pressure, etc. Plaque build up in the arteries causes blockage and heart attack, stroke, etc. should everyone be taking fish oil supplements??
This pill is a big pill to swallow. Really! It is 1 inch long. But it has 2500mg of omega 3.
It doesn’t have any noticible taste. Didn’t cause any burps.
Ingredients include 4 fish species. Anchovy, sardine, tilapia, and carp. Lots of fish species in 1 pill!
Summary: fish oil is good for you. Maybe everyone should take fish oil supplements. This pill is big but has lots of omega 3.

I haven’t been taking fish oil like I should have been and recently watched a Youtube health video saying it should be one of the 3 most important supplements to take on a daily basis. And the fish oil needed to contain DHA and and EPA, which this fish oil contains. The gelcaps are kind of large and maybe not so easy to swallow. As far as tasting the citrus I can’t say that I do, but I don’t really get any fish burps either. I’m glad this was on my list of items I could review and when I need to I will buy more. I think this is a very high quality fish oil.

I am taking this product and will finish the bottle, but not get it again. I have been taking this type of fish oil from various manufacturers for more than 10 years. There is no way to say whether this one is doing a better job than any of the others I have been taking. Whether fish oil is good for you seems to be supported by scientific evidence; that’s why I take it. Now, whether the product you are buying has the ingredients they say it has and is free of contamination is something that needs independent testing and certification.
Why the one star then? I was excited about this product because it said on the image at Amazon.com, that it was made at an FDA certified lab, and followed Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP seal). This would be assurance of quality, but the reason I am giving it only one star is because the bottle I got has no such assurances and no seals. So unless they can legitimately display those seals and assurances, I will remain skeptical about quality.
Another reason for my one-star review is the use of phrases such as “maximum strength” and “professional” – these are on the bottle, and in the ad on Amazon. Maximum strength means nothing in this type of a situation. You can always take more capsules to achieve whatever amount you want to ingest. Even worse is the use of the word “professional”. It is designed to make you think this is a superior product. But really, what does “professional” mean for fish oil. It means nothing. So, I am skeptical about the manufacturer and the product.

These are wild caught, with a great amount of the Omega 3 that you want, and as promised, no burping up any fishy taste. In all honesty, I actually never had any brand that caused me to burp up a fishy taste, but I haven’t been using Omega 3’s for that long. I think that was probably a problem when they first hit the market, because plenty of brands mention that it is not a problem. I will explain why, below, but even if that was a problem, they would still be worth taking, but I have never had that problem.
There are plenty of supplements that are important, but for you to actually know if they are working is not so easy to nail down. My healthcare provider, after routine bloodwork, said that my good cholesterol could be higher, and my bad cholesterol could be lower. I was told to start taking Omega 3’s, and it made a big difference. If you look up good, and bad cholesterol, there is LDL, and HDL, and it is worth reading about. Omega 3’s also act as anti inflammatories.
Totally coincidental to my healthcare provider recommending these, as that was before, there was just a very large study, with a very large amount of participants, over multiple years, which you should be able to find pretty easily online. You can try Omega 3 study, and you should be able to find it. I don’t think it is appropriate for me to quote the actual study, and you should look it up, to make your own opinion, but I will say that after I read the study, I will be taking Omega 3’s for the rest of my life. It was a lot more significant than better good cholesterol. Stay safe, stay healthy, and enjoy!

This is a good-quality, potent Omega-3 supplement. It offers a high dosage of Omega-3 fatty acids with an approximately 2:1 ratio of EPA to DHA. It is also formulated in the triglyceride form, which is more readily absorbed by the body than that in the ethyl esters form. Two soft gels per serving will give you 2,500mg of Omega-3 fatty acids.
These soft gels are pretty huge but not difficult to swallow. They are citrus flavored but I can’t really taste it. On the positive note, they don’t have a fishy taste or give me the burps. They are made in USA. Overall, I’m very happy with them because they have a high dose of Omega-3’s for my needs and are also in the more superior triglyceride form. They work well for me. Potent, albeit a little pricey.
