Pregnenalone has really been beneficial for me. I have been taking it for several years as recommended by my doctor.

My doctor has me taking pregnenolone among other things and she measures my levels through regular blood tests. I was previously taking a cheaper brand of the same dosage and my blood tests kept showing low levels so I switched to Klaire Labs and ever since my levels have been great. I am quite satisfied with the quality even if I am paying more for this than other brands.
