    I tried using it to soften my cervix. I’m actually unsure if it helped or not. I ended up being induced 2 weeks early due to GDM. I’m sure it may have helped some but again I’m unsure that’s why I gave 3 stars.

    This vitamin can be hard to find in store as it is typically sold out. It really helps with skin health. The size is average and great quality.

    I tried this product under desperation for help in controlling my peri-menopausal (completely irrational) mood swings and (completely uncontrollable) hot flashes. I work for a neurologist who has recommended evening primrose oil for many of his female patient’s for years. I figured it was worth a try because nothing else was working for me. I was at the point of asking my PMD for an anti-depressant/mood stabilizer. I have been very, very pleased with my results. I essentially feel like my old self. I take 2 capsules daily, trying to take them about 12 hours apart. I did run out of this brand during the holidays and tried Nature’s Bounty. I quickly returned to the 21st Century brand. As a side note, I do add one capsule of black cohash with my 2nd capsule of the day. That seems to control the nighttime hot flashes for me. If you are struggling to get your hormones under control, I urge you to give this product a try. It has saved me from a miserable stage of life!!!
