Chaga is a fabulous product . I didn’t buy it as a coffee substitute but it would work as one . If you research it,
It has all kinds of health benefits. It’s fascinating to read about. iIt comes from the Birch tree.
A good recipe is to add a cup of boiling water to 1 teaspoon of Chaga and add a quarter cup or less of coconut milk and a teaspoon of honey .
I have a latte machine so I make a Chaga latte with Almond milk and coconut milk and add honey at the end. It’s very good and similar to coffee in that it has similar bitterness. It is expensive but the health benefits make it worth it.

(Update) I called the manufacturer and learned that yes, although the container is obviously too big for the 50g of powder, making it look “empty”…. it is accurate. The “250 servings” is based on only using 1/8th of the provided scoop. In retrospect, highly recommend saving money and just buying the 8 oz version of product cs this trial size.

Ich traue mich nicht das Zeug einzunehmen, weil Verpackung von Produkt ist ungeeignet!

I bought chaga due to its antioxidant and immunity boosting properties. I also read that it had an earthy taste which some people liked to substitute for coffee. Having been a black coffee drinker for 18 years and just recently quit altogether, I didn’t think it would even come close to satisfying that habit of mine. I’m really pleasantly surprised at how mild and good (in an earthy way) it tastes. Of course its no espresso (nothing can be exactly like something else, fake meat doesn’t taste like real steak either) it really gives me the same warm pleasure drinking it, without the drawbacks of caffeine. I do believe it’s helped me healthwise as well, I’m having milder headaches and feel better overall.

This gives energy. It comes in what seems like a tiny package but a little goes a long way. I take it everyday and it has brought my low levels of energy back up. Thyroid issues are definitely being addressed by this powder. And it doesn’t feel temporary. I originally bought it to be a quick relief of my fatigue while I do long term nutritional healing and it has worked fantastic for that. It makes the whole healing experience much easier as the signs of good health return! Now I can have a full day of work, go to a pickup soccer game, then go out dancing for 4 hours. Especially good in combination with a smoothie and I also use it to combat the effects of my detox protocol.

First day trying it as a coffee substitute. Taste is good…subtle. Makes me feel like I’m still drinking coffee in a sense because I mix it with hot water. Looking forward to the many health benefits and reducing my overall caffeine consumption.

I don’t know if I got a 1/2 full container, or if that’s just the way they come. After awhile (like several cups), I found the tiny scoop in the container. Basically, you just use 1/4 tsp to a coffee cup size of hot water. Taste: Very acceptable, easy to learn to like. It doesn’t even need any sort of creamer: 1/2&1/2, Almond or Coconut milk, etc. I’m not sure if it has any positive effects on me. Downside: I went online and found that if you have a history of kidney stones (which I do, and have a few in there right now), this can cause more of them. Bummer. I threw it out. So, when you go to order something herbal like this, do a little research before dropping it into the shopping cart. I absolutely do not want to give birth to another kidney stone.
