Be very careful; smell the product before considering taking it. I first thought it naturally just smells bad, so I was taking one a day for a while. Then I started to feel sicker and sicker; lost my sense of taste, couldn’t eat eventhough I was hungry, swollen throat, swollen glands, etc. Even took a covid test 2 weeks in a row. Got blood tests, urine test, but nothing came back unusual. Finally it dawned on me when the smell was getting worse and making me gag…… it must be moldy! I stopped taking it and now everyday I’m feeling a bit better. I was slowly poisoning myself with these softgels!

Love these – basically vitamin A. It’s the other antioxidant that kicks what ails you. I’ve noticed dramatic recovery times from illness adding this to a vitamin C regimen. C is only half the equation.
