This item arrived fairly quickly. It was packaged nicely and securely. This product has had third party testing, which is very important these days. It means that a testing facility that is not associated with the company who sells the product, is giving a thumbs up on the product. That, in itself, tells you something good. Also, they give you a 75 day supply. Not a bad deal at all.

I’ve been reading up on the benefits of Shilajit, and I decided to give it a try. So far so good. The seal was tight and not misaligned or anything. I think it’s worth mentioning- I’m very sensitive to strange tastes and smells but these capsules have absolutely no taste to them at all and a very faint smell, which is a huge plus. The capsules are pretty big- which isnt a problem for me, but I know it could be a problem for others. I will update on how effective they are, but so far my energy levels seem to have improved!
