these are usually very good, but the last two shipments tasted like chemicals. Tastes like they were not kept in temp controlled storage and the heat cause the chemical plastic taste.

Some of the gummies were fresh looking, shiny, and bouncy but most were dry, cracking, and tougher. There is a moisture wicking packet in it so that may be why but other picture review I see show them looking new like a few of mine are. Expiration date isn’t for awhile so I hope they still work. Will update when I’ve taken them for about a month. Flavor is great though.

I couldn’t tell you for a fact if these little guys actually support my brain or boost my mood but I do think I feel a bit better after taking them.
I do know that they taste great though! So if you’re buying for anyone thats picky about taste or texture I would definitely recommend these.

I give these and htp gummies to my son with autism. I hardly ever have taken a nutritional gummy, maybe if GNC gave some out for free to try or something, as I don’t like to eat most gummy ingredients. I don’t mind that this has sugar in it, considering that your brain sometimes benefits from a simple sugar intake, and there’s not much sugar in these.
When I opened the container, I was not pleased with the initial smell, but they taste far better than that. They taste peachy enough for me for what they are, and if someone told me they were candy, I could eat way more than 2 — and actually want to eat more than 2. Yes, they are nutritional so they have a little medicinal taste but I think that should be accepted and considered within parameters.
The Amazon rating options listed a metric for how easy these are to swallow, but you do not swallow them whole. They have a soft candy texture, not rubbery like a candy gummy, and they do stick a little to the teeth, so I make sure I chew them in a way to minimize that impact, nothing to keep me from enjoying them. I notice no adverse effects after taking them, and since I feel pretty bright and functioning, I’m assuming they’re working!
