I have been taking fish oil for many years in many forms from liquid to capsules. This is one of the better brands. I like that it is from the US and tested because fish oil can become rancid if not stored properly and not sourced well. I store my bottle in the refrigerator. I like that the capsules, though not small, are easy to swallow and have no fishy aftertaste. There are no negatives to this brand.

I have been using this product for a while and am happy with it but it requires you to take 3 tablets each day to get the full 900mg. This make the price about the same per daily dose as some other high quality products I have used.

What I like about this supplement is that it is made in the USA, third-party lab tested, wild-caught, and sustainably sourced are among the safety and purity tests. I especially appreciate above all else is their transparency on the website clearly showing the entire label with a breakdown of all the nutrients and ingredients.
My major pet peeve about ordering any supplements, skin or haircare products online is when they make all kinds of product claims yet do not clearly show the product’s breakdown of ingredients. People have too many sensitivities to not show this and need to be able to know all the ingredients before ordering.
I won’t lie, these are not the most potent Omega 3 supplements available and probably not the least expensive. Also, as with many fish oil supplements, the gel caps are on the large size measuring approximately 0.97″ x 0.34″. This may be a problem for some people. For me the size, and amount of omega 3 is all good.

The softgel capsules are easy to swallow and there is no bad aftertaste after taken them. They supplement you daily need for omega-3. You get a 40day supply if you take three capsules daily. If you have other sources of omega-3 you can reduce the daily amount.
Console –
Be sure to consult your physician before taking any supplements, but Fish Oil/Omega 3’s have been shown to assist with a multitude of conditions relating to your heart, brain and overall well-being. I’ve been taking it for some time now and for me personally, it seems to do the trick. This particular brand is very easy to swallow and made in the US!

I was primarily on a plant-based diet for a long time and getting certain supplements in my diet was problematic. One of them would be the Omega-3. I thought this particular supplement would be an easy way to obtain what I needed. One of the last fish oil supplements I tried had an overwhelming oily fish taste, but this one doesn’t smell really fishy.
I checked out a few fact sheets about DHA and EPA. This supplement does have enough in a single capsule. There’s not any real information on sourcing, but does say it’s imported. There’s a lot number and Best By date stamped on the bottom of the bottle. I’m not sure of the price point, but depending on how much you take it could be a one- to three-month supply. This is a heavy dose and I’d be only taking one capsule per day.

I’m a feen for fish oil but I’ve learned quality is key and many omegas on the market seem to be rancid. This supplement in particular checks all of my boxes: wild caught, small fish (anchovy, mackerel, sardine), no added colors, made in the US, 3rd party tested: you can probably see why I’m giving it five stars. The gels are pretty much sized according to what you’d expect from a fish oil: pretty large but not massive. I do get the fish burps from these unfortunately but I feel like that’s always the case so I’m not knocking the product. Well done and a great value in my opinion.

For me personally, I didn’t have any major health problems I was trying to solve before taking this supplement. I’m relatively young for heart problems, so of course I wouldn’t see a huge improvement in my heart health if I wasn’t having issues to begin with. My major reason for taking these was to get more fatty acids in my diet and taking pills with exactly what I need is the way I do it.
Another thing I am keeping in mind is that I RARELY feel the difference in my body when I take supplements, which I discovered was due to my poor absorption. So to be clear, this fish oil may be very effective itself, it’s just that my own system has trouble taking in nutrients. I’m working on that with a doctor and I’m feeling better in general, so I’m sure the newer supplements I’m taking are helping me now! My doctor wanted me to keep taking fish oil, so it must be important to balance out my diet. I only take one per day, as my doctor prescribed. I have been taking this fish oil for about a year.
As advertised, I really don’t get a fishy aftertaste. If you feel like taking a big whiff of the bottle, yeah you’ll smell it, but I don’t taste that in my mouth. I don’t notice a lemon flavor like it says – it’s pretty much tasteless. The pill itself is pretty large, which is harder for me since I have trouble swallowing pills in general. But if I take it only once a day, it’s worth it. I also don’t burp from this!! Which is insane because I burp up way too many things I consume.
I gave it 5 stars because I do really need this in my diet and it seems to be doing the trick. All of my issues of absorbing it, or swallowing it, are just me personally so I didn’t want to take a star off for that. Plus my health was not in a dire state before, so there wouldn’t be a significant difference for me. I feel my health improved in general.
