I like that these are made with xylitol (small bonus for teeth?) and that the dosage is smaller and easier to control, given that recommended Taurine recommended/tested dosages can range anywhere from 500-6000 (and sometimes outside that range as well).
Taste is great, these are a little bit sticky, but I don’t mind if that means reducing even a little environmental impact.
I think if someone is interested in supplementing Taurine, these might be worth a shot as I believe there could be an effect (I have a hard time reviewing immediate effects of supplements as there is so much to control for). I’ve been taking ONE preworkout/exercise in the afternoon, and I truly feel like my focus/stamina/motivation continues beyond through the workout into the evening. One time I took one on an empty stomach and got a bit jittery, so I think there is bioavailable taurine in the product, which does NOT mention third party testing.
YMMV, but at least I believe the product contains bioavailable taurine, in enjoyable and manageable doses. I believe the description is fully transparent, so I won’t take away stars for the fact you can make informed choices on whether the cost and efficacy is right for you.

These Tinies Bers Taurine Gummies look like cute little blue gummy bears! They have a nice berry flavor and a soft, fresh texture. It’s like having a little treat when you take them! The packaging indicates that they support nerve, heart and brain health and improve exercise performance. I’ve been taking them for a month now. It is usually necessary to continue using a product like this for a few months to be able to monitor the difference it makes, but so far I like it. If you’re interested in supplementing with taurine, then I recommend these tasty gummies!

First off, I would like to state that these gummies are absolutely delicious, plus they are sugar free. Make sure these are kept away from children as they will definitely eat the whole bottle if left to their own accord. I have been taking taurine supplements for over a year now as recommended by my neurologist for migraines. Taurine is essential for your body. Not everyone gets enough taurine in their diet daily. This is a great way to supplement what you might not otherwise get naturally. They are also vegan and non-GMO which is an added Plus. They even help a bit with energy, though you do have to take them on a regular basis. Worth giving a try.
