I would say this is a great product. I brought it for a sore throughly but I found it to be more of a stress reliever than a anti inflammatory. If you boil it I would suggest using a quarter of a 1/4 cup because to much will make your water or tea thick and it’s not a great feeling in my mouth. Also you can eat the root itself and it is good.

The smell and taste best resemble that of mushrooms. However, it does help with many things. My son and I both had sore throats and just drinking a glass of this made as a tea helped alleviate the irritations. Also helped the dry mouth feeling I had. So if you can stomach the smell and taste long enough to down it, you will be very glad you did.
