We did not see any benefit of this product! My son finished at least 5-6 bottles and now we have tooth decay issue.. since gummy caused that issue.
I would not recommend at all.

I take one a day. It helps with mental clarity. To give you perspective I am a 53 year old woman. I take it once a week or as needed when I am doing a lot of mental work.

These gummies taste fantastic and chew cleanly without adhering to dental work or teeth. I’m not sure whether they’re working for me, but I haven’t been taking them long enough to have a decent sense. I’ll return to update if anything changes, but for now, all the flavor are not too bad.

I was skeptical starting my 4yo on this with any hope. We started it when he was 4y9mo. He’s been falling behind his peers in preschool. It took about 4 weeks to notice a difference but seriously… he’s started remembering places and events, song lyrics, names of things and people. This has transferred into helping recall what he learns in school like numbers letters colors etc. I’m so glad I started him on this supplement and will continue using to help him succeed!
