I didn’t know how to rate the swallow rating as she chews these. But she on some days will take two and she is aware when her body feels hyper and goes and takes a dino on her own. She took one before her big dance concert and her focus was awesome. She usually takes one a bit before bed. I like that getting them here is more affordable than through doctors office and we can avoid the germs by having them delivered!

I give these to my 4 year old and my 12 year old. They have a good grape flavor that both of them like. My youngest takes them for adhd it calms him down. My oldest takes them for nerves before basketball games. I highly recommend.

We’ve tried all sorts of supplements to help our 11-year old autistic son relax, without success. Creekside Anxiety Comfort used to work for him but after several weeks, we saw no beneficial effects and instead he would start screeching and be uncontrollably hyperactive.
So we tried this. After about 10 – 15 minutes, his demeanor changes from aggressive to smiling and humming. Hallelujah!
We give it to him once in the morning. Tried giving it to him again after lunch but he couldn’t sleep at night. He finally dozed off but had a restless sleep. Can’t gamble again and give him 2 tablets because with lack of sleep, he is at risk for seizures.
So he’s been taking it for almost a month now and he’s a lot more relaxed in the morning. In the afternoons, though, he’s already cranky.
I guess for now, we’ll just have to be happy that he’s happy in the morning. I’ll take that than nothing at all!

And he can control himself a little better than without it. We’ve tried 2 other vitamins, but came back to these for ADHD

Had return because one of them was opened out of the 3 I received. Pretty expensive to get an opened package! This product does work though! My kiddo loves the flavor and it helps her sleep. The package says do not use if seal is broken fyi.

The grape chewable tablets are small and easily chewable. It tastes chalky but that’s to be expected with these types of vitamins. It definitely helps with anxiety so it’s worth the investment

My son really likes the flavor so give us the opportunity to try it. About how effective is it, is still a question mark, however we have noticed that he is able to self regulate better when he takes it than when he doesn’t. (We kept a log of behaviors at school and at home).
We combine Relax-a-Saurus with a “smarty pant “ vitamin that includes Vitamin D, Omega 3 and some other natural ingredients.
Beside that we are working with positive parenting techniques to support him with his anxiety and emotions. As we always tell him (and ourselves) is there are not a “secret ingredient” or just one vitamin, it is a combination of all them, plus breathing, keep positive actitud. As a parent is hard and exhausting sometimes especially on the bad days and rewarding and happiness when are good. In conclusion, it’s worthy to try with your little human.
