    The powder makes it easy to add to smoothies or whatever you are cooking. Calcium citrate is easier to absorb than other forms of calcium (as far as I know) but some supplements use other types or only part citrate. Read the labels!

    I like this calcium! It’s just not 100% powder because it’s granulated. Me gusta este calcio! Solo que no es polvo 100% porque está granulado

    The media could not be loaded.

    Reseal doesn’t always work, but I have clips, so I don’t mind. Good product. Can mix into foods, probably dissolves in beverages. I just pop a tsp in my mouth and drink water to wash it down to save time. (My method may not be for everyone).

    This is not a fine powder. I would describe it more as medium-large “granular”. Hard to think it would be easily absorbed “as is” so I put it through my coffee grinder. Even then, I’m not sure how well it is absorbed or if it works. Most, if not all, calcium citrate is sourced from China, and many companies will not disclose the source. I’m asking this company to please disclose their source.

    I take calcium twice daily. This is the one I take 1st thing in the morning because I get no stomach upset from it even tho I don’t eat til way later.
