Oily and the flavor isn’t great. I take it in a spoon of coffee. Don’t get it in the coffee or your coffee will have an oil spot in it. Blech!

So the taste has a slight citrus taste.
Definitely shake it up before use, when I first used it it was a little goopy inside, so good to shake it well.
I can’t comment on any side effects or any of that because we just started it.
The dropper isn’t very good, it doesn’t suck up very much each time…. And that’s why I give it 4 stars

I’ve had to take vitamin D for a while now, but I’m always just outside of the normal range because the pill format I tend to forget to take. But this dropper form, tastes good, so I don’t forget to take as often and that put me for the first time in over a year, (after looking at my bloodwork) in the normal range for vitamin D. Love the quality of liquid vitamins and every woman needs extra omega and vitamin d. For anyone that has issues with the taste or oiliness, just add it to a small amount of juice and take it like a shot. To me it’s much easier than the pills

I won’t say that I KNOW this stuff works, but I will say that I will continue to include it in my daily diet as I feel better since I began using it.
(For reference, I am female, over 50 yo, about 35lbs overweight (bmi scale), and of fair health.)

Do my joints ache? No, not really
Have I been ill? Hm, I had a minor headcold about a month back, but nothing else in the last year
Any Covid related illness? Not that I’m aware of
Am I Vit D deficient? I was very much so (<9 ng/ml). Not now
Am I sleeping ok? Mostly
How is the taste of this? The orange flavor is mild and helps hide the oiliness
How do you take it? I shake it well, then drip 2-3 half dropper-fulls into my mouth, swallow, then take a swig of room-temp water
