I can’t speak tot he efficacy of this supplement but I found it to be on par with other similar supplements I have tried. I did not experience any adverse effects while taking it, and though they are somewhat large, they are still reasonably easy to swallow and not as large as some other similar omega supplements I have taken. Overall, I am happy with them, and plan to keep them in my routine.

Pretty decent pill. Omega plus d3! 90 pills and 1 a day, good for 3 months! And because of that I feel the price is more than fair. No nasty burps, I had a hard time swallowing but it wasn’t awful. Definitely take with food.
