These Multi GLP-1 multivitamin capsules from Youtheory arrived as shown in the listing here. The bottle contains 150, and with each serving being 2 capsules, that’s 75 servings per bottle. The suggested use printed on the bottle is to take 2 capsules daily with a meal. The proportions of the vitamins are all easy to read on the Supplement Facts table on the bottle’s label. The amounts are catered to those that are cutting calories, to help replenish deficiencies that can happen from reducing calories. I found the capsules to be of a typical size. Made in USA.

As someone who takes GLP-1, I have been looking for a supplement tailored to the needs of that regimen.
I’m always leery of supplements because they are often loaded with questionable ingredients which have never been FDA tested and approved. I’m even more leery of supplements whose mfg/dist leave lots of questions and provide little accountability.
So, I was glad to see this product. It’s ingredient list is almost entirely composed of items with recommended daily values and greater than 100%.
It is mfg&dist by a US company (very close to me, actually), has lot/expiry stamped separately, all normal label information, Amazon and web stores with multiple products, sold through major retail chains, contact info including address, email, contact page. Good accountability.
I also like the fact the supplements are gelcaps. I rank those above capsules for safety.
The pills are not small and 2/day is the dose. 75 days at about $0.33 for a loaded trustworthy supplement is a good value.

These vitamins are geared for people on glp-1’s. I have been on wegovy and feel like I have been a little malnourished since starting this shot. These vitamins contain good quality ingredients and did not upset my stomach and were easy to swallow. I would definitely purchase another bottle when this one runs out.

I thought this multivitamin might be a good match for a family member who rejects many multis for their strong odor. Although these are not odor free, they are much lower in scent concentration for the keen sniffer. They do seem to be gentle on the system as well. I like the inclusion of boron and beta carotene as well as the timed release capsule. Capsule size is a bit larger than most.

The ingredients seem quality in this multivitamin, but I have not noticed much in the way of an energy boost or any unique benefits from this multi compared to others. I do eat low-carb and have not noticed any ways the vitamin is compensating for that. The pills are slightly larger than typical but still easy to swallow.

These vitamins work very well for my sensitive stomach. I also feel better when I take them and have increased energy. Great value for the money and good vitamin levels. Works well for a decrease in caloric intake.

As a regular guy without a medical background, I cannot tell you that the amount of vitamins or concentration of minerals is accurate. What I can tell you is that they are gentle on the stomach. I have a gluten sensitivity, so there have been multi-vitamins I have taken in the past that have upset my stomach.
The vitamins and other supplements listed are what I have been told I should be taking. I am 51 and have been advised that I should supplement with vitamins to maintain a healthy diet.
I included a photo of the size of the individual capsules because I know this is an issue for some people. I have been taking them first thing in the morning without food (only 1 capsule and not the recommended 2) so I could get a sense of how they might affect my digestive system.
If you are sensitive to smell, they do not smell good. But I don’t feel like most capsules smell great!
I recommend looking at the Supplement Facts and verify that the vitamins you are needing are included. Like I said, I do not have a deviancy currently, just a suggestion from my primary care Dr to add a multi-vitamin to my diet. This is a great option since even without food, it has not caused any digestion issues!

These multi-vitamins have been working well thus far. I take the recommended dosage daily and the capsules are easy to swallow with no after taste. I longer feels the need for naps during the day and I find that I have more energy for my day to day life.
