Each bottle contain 33 servings. It is good to know that they contain no artificial colors, no wheat, yeast or eggs, no artificial sweeteners and are third party tested for purity, potency and freshness.
Since I have been taking this supplement I have not noticed any side effects and I have been very pleased with it but it is worth mentioning that in some people Black currant oil can cause side effects such as diarrhea, gas, and headaches. Black Current Seed Oil can slow blood clotting, so it’s not recommended for people with a bleeding disorder or if you are about to have surgery. Overall I like this supplement and would order it again.

I am a lifelong heavy supplement user and have previously tried a couple of products from this company… and both were good quality. It has been many years since I have taken Black Currant Oil and thought I would try it again.
The product is clean, meaning no unneeded ingredients. Other than Black Currant, the only other ingredients are from the softgel (gelatin, glycerin, and purified water). One thing to note is the label does not state the source of the gelatin… so if you have allergies or do not eat animal products you may want to contact the company prior to purchase.
This is made in the USA in an FDA registered facility. There is nothing on the label about third party testing or whether any ingredients may be sourced from other nations. I would consider this a mid-range product and a good value.

These softgels are the easiest kind of pills to swallow, so the three a day dosage will be just fine for everyone to take.
