OK, so that headline is a bit tongue in cheek. But the point is this seems to be a nice combination of supplements. It’s well-packaged, smells OK, and the capsules seem pretty standard. I don’t comment on efficacy of supplements as they vary for everyone. I like Berberine because of the numerous health benefits for someone who is overweight (lowered blood sugar, weight loss, liver function, etc). And I can read the Supplement Facts without a magnifying glass (which is harder and harder these days).

I usually don’t prefer products that are not cGMP, USP and or FCC quality materials. There are no reference CofA’s and who knows what the impurities can be. However, this at least does claimed is made in a FDA Inspected Facility.

I love this berberine supplement is organic and is made in US from globally sourced ingredients. It has turmeric, ginger, ceylon cinnamon, ACV, goldenseal root bioperine. I also like there are no unnecessary fillers and additives in this supplement.
The capsules comes in a 60 count bottle and recommended doasage is 2 per day, so a 30 day supply. The capsules are easy to swallow and no bad taste.

These are herbal and traditional botanical ingredients used for centuries by people around the world for benefits. Many scientific studies have been coming out on each item as havinh benefits for everything from gut health to healthy aging and metabolism support. This particular combination is very strong for items like healthy weight management and metabolism but again, being herbs, may affect each person differently. I have or do take each of these ingredients and have studied them for herbalism or in scientific reviews and am definitely supportive of supplementing with this combination. I like they are trying to make as many organic as possible, they support with money back guarantee, have healthy lifestyle recommendations on the label and list a direct customer support email. The 2 capsules per serving are medium sized and easy to swallow. I like that it is convenient to take with all of these ingredients.
Definitely worth a try for a few weeks to see if there is any noticeable changes!

I don’t have a lab for analysis so I’ll assume the content is as described. To focus on what I can judge, the capsules seem well made; they are easy to swallow; the dose size seems like a good addition to my diet.

Berberine has been a game changer for me (recommended by my general practitioner for cholesterol issues), and this is one of the best brands I’ve used. Made in USA, GMP, FDA facility. I’ve been very happy with this blend, and the price is better than what I get directly from my practitioner.

I like the ingredients to help support healthy blood sugar levels and found these also help with digestion. I wish they were a bit smaller to swallow.
