As a vegetarian with a gluten allergy, I had been searching for a supplement that met my dietary restrictions and offered support to my health needs. So far these are working out. Only time will tell the actual benefits (claims: heart, brain, immunity and joint support) but, after 2 weeks, there’s no negative side effects. The taste is good. The texture is good. Easy to take.

I am a big fan of taking supplements as gummies, it makes it feel less like an obligation and more like a little snack.
Omega-3s, are known for heart and brain health benefits, and turmeric, a powerful anti-inflammatory. The addition of MSM is a bonus, as it helps support joint health.
The taste isn’t amazing, but it also isn’t bad, a totally decent treat to take my daily vitamins. No more swallowing pills!
If you’re looking for an easy and tasty way to boost your health, I highly recommend giving these gummies a try.

They are gummies, but don’t stick excessively like some gummies do. The citrus flavor isn’t too strong, so they are more pleasant to eat.
I practically eat them like candy after a meal, but please don’t treat them like candy. I would not recommend giving these to a kid; if you give these to a kid and they start craving, it could end badly.
Hence, probably my biggest negative is that these are a little too pleasant to eat to give to someone who doesn’t understand the risks of eating too many pieces.

I know all the reviews say that, but it’s worth reinforcing — they’re really good.
That said, you’re getting a lot of bang for your buck with these and despite living in Hawaii, these haven’t had issues of melting together, getting sticky or otherwise becoming less-than-pleasant to have to handle and consume.
I have no means to verify if these are legitimately vegan-friendly, but I offered them to a coworker who is very hard into that lifestyle and she approved and even ordered some for herself, so I suppose that’s good enough.
It’s impossible to know without proper lab tests, but if the dosage listed is legitimate, you’re getting A LOT of benefits for a relatively low price. I’m normally pretty critical of price points on supplements, but I legitimately can’t find a down side to these.
The price point for what you’re getting is really good, you get an entire month supply and you’ll enjoy them enough to look forward to taking them.

these are a fantastic alternative to fish oil, providing more DHA and EPA than a lot of fish oils out there. The addition of turmeric, MSM, Vitamin C, E, D3, and zinc makes it even better for joint health and immunity so those are a nice little addition. I’ve noticed an improvement in my skin and eye health since starting these, and the gummies taste great too! I’ve always hated the fish burps you get from omega pills and haven’t had anything even close to those since switching to these.
