I don’t have a lot of sugar, and when I do it’s only natural unprocessed sugars. This hit those taste buds and woke them right up. Otherwise, I feel like the liquid didn’t give me the same effects as a tablet. I noticed my sleep was more irritable, my bowels were less easy – so my practitioner suggested I go back to the tablet or capsule In a gentle form. I have noticed a huge difference for me.

These drops work really well for me. It helps me control my amount I want to take during the day. I am very sensitive to vitamins so taking a small amount several times a day works best for me. I also like the taste.

I was pleasantly surprised to like this liquid magnesium as much as I do. It says to store in the fridge, so make sure to do that to extend the life of your magnesium. I have been taking supplements of magnesium but do know if I can take it sublingually my body can absorb it faster and better. I take this magnesium at night before bed and during the day if I am feeling I need to. So far it is helping and I like the quality and taste, plus the price is really good.

I really love this magnesium. I take it before bed. I have it in all my kids bathrooms. I especially use it for them when they’re not feeling well as it helps them go to sleep and sleep through the night. Everyone supposed to be a little magnesium deficient, the strawberry flavor taste great, I keep rebuying this product

The product comes with plastic but once you remove it they don’t close the bottle at all. The instructions say to shake first so I did that, it ended up everywhere. They don’t accept returns so I wouldn’t buy it again, this is why it’s absolutely pointless and the waste
