The ingredients are ingredients I have found are great for sleep, although I started using magnesium hoping it would be good for my aging bones. I definitely cannot take this during the day as it will make me sleepy. It is so much easier to take the liquid form than swallowing another pill. I like that it is made in a country where there may be some controls on quality, although I don’t know. I’m just becoming concerned about products from China, when I am eating them or putting them in or on my body. I looked and looked and couldn’t find a manufacture or expiration date, though it says it has a two year shelf life. That is a bit of a negative since we have no idea when the bottle was made. Maybe someone else had better luck. Seems like a fair value.

I’ve tried many magnesium supplements before, but this one is by far the best. The combination of L-Threonate and Glycinate really works for me.

Please correct me if in wrong, but I’ve been taking 2ml a night, so 2 droppers full, and I’ve been taking it less than a week and the bottle is almost half empty. So it will definitely not last 30 days. Am I doing something wrong?

Effective, taste is great, and affordable. Works for my intended usage, which i can not state because of Amazon policy. It works for what I needed. I am a customer for life so long as they don’t change the recipe.

I have taken pills and gummy‘s, but never liquid. I think the liquid works the best. I find that it takes less time to feel the calmness and relaxation needed for me to drift off to sleep. This one seems to do the trick. Things that work good Are worth the price and I think this is priced right.

Since the first night I used it I noticed that my sleep became deeper. I don’t know it was a placebo effect. Now I have used it for 7 days and most nights I am indeed sleeping better.
The reasons why I don’t give it a 5 star are the following:
Non-disclosed “natural flavors”
It tastes very sweet ( I do like the taste though)
The nozzle/dropper doesn’t do the suction to the 2ml suggested quantity, I have to do the suction in installments of 4 times to mark the 2ml I need.
I am down to half-bottle in 7 days of use, it won’t definitely last me a month. So for a bottle that costs almost $20 it’s quite expensive.
I will be buying again if I can’t find anything else of similar quality that lasts longer.

I wish the instructions were a little more clear on the dosage. It’s just kind of general on the label on the bottle. I haven’t noticed a change yet but I’ve only used it a couple of times. And since I haven’t actually removed myself from my highest stress inducing environment (namely my home and my kids), I’m not sure if the tincture is strong enough to give me the needed amount of calm and stress relief. But I’ll keep at it and see if it helps long term.
