Life changing. I was experiencing cramps in my calves. I bought a massager, I did stretches, I tried pain cream but it just kept coming back. I read about the different kinds of magnesium and how the body absorbs one, but not the most commonly available one. Slow Mag is the only one that has the readily absorbable kind of magnesium so I tried it. I’m now on my third bottle. My calf muscles stopped cramping up, I sleep better and I don’t experience ringing in my ears like I did when taking OTC crappy Magnesium. Do yourself a favor and try this one. Take it at night with some D vitamin because they work together to increase absorption. It’s really the best Magnesium supplement out there.

We’ve all been there. We decided to do a road trip. But then, near the end, we really wanted to get home. So much so that we drove for too many hours straight, and drank too many energy drinks so that we could just keep driving.
Did you know that magnesium is a treatment for caffeine overdose? I didn’t, but luckily I had this supplement in my trunk while I was frantically googling “caffeine overdose” and “emergency room near me.” I took one, figuring it’d do nothing, and kept googling and wanting to escape my brain and wondering what I did to deserve to end up doomed and isolated in the desert far from home.
About fifteen minutes later, the torture subsided and I began to feel normal. Reality returned, my heart rate dropped, and my hands stopped shaking. I bought this product to alleviate muscle cramps after longer runs & bike rides, but it’s worth taking for anyone who’s a regular consumer of caffeine.

My dr. Recommended I take this pill as my numbers were down for magnesium and calcium. Ok good. Except sometimes I could not find it in the drug stores, or big box stores. So I was happy that I could find not one bottle, but three at once. Hurray !!

The only thing I find to be an inconvenience is the number of tabs I have to take daily to get the dose I need. I like the enteric coated tabs because they don’t cause me any gastric distress, and my physician recommended Slow-Mag. Overall, I recommend Slow-Mag to anyone that needs to take a Magnesium supplement; an added bonus, Slow-Mag also contains Calcium.
