Magnesium gummy supplement to support calming and sleep. The taste is pleasant and the gummies are easy to chew. I have found that most magnesium supplements are pretty standard as far as dosage and ingredients- this one is no different. This supplement feels like a better value for coming with 2 bottles of 60 gummies. Overall, this is a decent, good flavor supplement option.

I haven’t quite been able to tell if these gummies have made a difference but was sure pleasantly surprised with how well the gummies kept together when they arrived (right in the middle of a recent heat wave). The taste is plenty sweet, and is a pleasant citrus flavor. The other ingredients do contain sugar alcohols maltitol & isomalt, so you want to be sure to take these at the recommended amount and not exceed that in a day. I was curious when I read “High Bioavailable” on the label and wasn’t sure what that meant but you can look it up online and see that it’s related to how well your body can absorb and use the nutrients in the product. The only other thing that stood out to me is that both the box and bottle packaging has zero information on the manufacturer. It has the company name Wellneum listed but there is no contact info printed in case you needed support. Other than that, I’m giving this product the benefit of the doubt that it is what it purports to be.

I like that this has multiple ingredients with no added sugar. I do feel like this helps my legs feel good and that it has a calming effect. The gummies have a mellow citrus flavor to them and I take two of them at a time.
