These seem to work pretty well. I have noticed that I feel like I have more energy since starting them. The size is fine and these are easy to swallow. I haven’t noticed any bad tastes with these. Shil can taste pretty bad but these are nice.

Non GMO – Vegan – Third Party Tested – seems like a quality trustable product. No offensive smell or taste – easy to take. I assume the black pepper extract is in there to increase absorption? I will see how I feel over time. I am starting with half the recommended dose of two pills because I am petite and want to see how I feel on half the recommended amount.

This is a good shilajit that helps with my energy levels. I have tried several and this one does seem to help give me a boost. It’s not a huge noticeable difference but it does help. I do think it’s great quality and it seems to have no side effects for me.

I take Shilajit regularly, but cannot handle the taste of the tablets, and especially the resin, so I was eager to try these capsules.
I generally will only buy supplements have are non-GMO, and have been third party tested, and these met those requirements.
In addition, these capsules are easy to take, as they don’t have an offensive taste. Although capsules, which are less potent than resin, or tablets, these capsules contain an impressive amount of fulvic acid.

I’m a big proponent of Shilajit and the overall wellness and cognitive health benefits received from the 85+ elements it possesses. This particular product contains 1,500 mg of Shilajit extract per serving, which is a nice amount. I would recommend the supplement to anyone looking for something similar.
