True Grace Prenatal DHA softgels are essential for women during pre-conception, pregnancy, and lactation stages. Each softgel contains 1400mg of DHA and EPA sourced from wild-caught fish, ensuring high quality and purity. These supplements are crucial for supporting fetal development, brain health, and overall maternal well-being. They are formulated to meet the nutritional needs of expecting and nursing mothers, providing peace of mind and promoting a healthy pregnancy journey.

It’s a great supplement to take pregnant or not. I like the DHA EPA ratio. Some people are not happy with the cost but you get what you pay for. It’s a high quality supplement with no weird smell or taste. The tablet size is not bad and are easy to swallow.

I’ve ordered twice and the count is off… I’m not getting 60 count

This “True Grace Prenatal DHA – 60 Softgels – 1400mg of DHA & EPA – for Pre-Conception, Pregnancy & Lactation – Wild Caught & Sustainably Sourced – Gluten Free – 30 Servings” is being marketed for expecting mothers but the ingredients are good for all adult females and males.

This is a potent supplement. The recommended intake is 2 softgels per day. The dosage of 600 mg DHA and 800 mg EPA are higher than what I need so I will be taking only 1 softgel per day.

The softgels are easy to swallow without any strong odor. I take this during meals for optimal absorption.

I love that the fish oil is sourced from wild Alaskan Pollock. However, I am not sure what the Tilapia is used for.

The seller specified that all those go into a USA plant for processing including the distillation and filtering of the oil. I wish they were also tested for the presence of heavy metals.

Overall, this supplement is one of the best Omega-3, EPA/DHA you can find and I can highly recommend it. Good stuff!

This is a solid fish oil supplement, and one of the most concentrated ones I have ever seen. This is billed as a DHA supplement, but in reality it has more EPA than DHA. Some formulas have more DHA. Both are important fatty acids.

I also like that there is vitamin E in this formula, since it can prevent the oil from going rancid.

The only drawback is the price. This is a pretty pricey formula.

these omega-3 soft gels are good, and arrived properly sealed. they’re a tad bigger than the ones i’m used to taking, but they have 1400mg of omega-3 compared to my smaller ones which have only 830mg. i wish that they would have added vitamin d, since it helps with absorption. i like that this is sustainably sourced and that true grace is a certified B corp. this is product is 3rd party tested and they sent me the certificate of analysis within a few days of my email request. this is currently listed for almost $34 and there’s a $5 coupon, for 30 servings, which is quite pricey. i understand that operating responsibly costs more, but these cost about twice as much as the ones i normally buy, which are also 3rd party tested and certified sustainable. if there was not such a big price difference, i would consider buying these, as i like to support b corps.

As a man who isn’t pregnant but is always on the lookout for high-quality supplements, I decided to try True Grace Prenatal DHA softgels primarily for their high EPA content. I’ve been using these softgels for several months, and I’m extremely pleased with the results and the overall quality of the product.

First off, the absence of any fishy aftertaste or odor is a significant plus. These softgels are easy to swallow, and their smooth, odorless nature makes them very palatable compared to other omega-3 supplements I’ve tried. There’s no unpleasant burping or aftertaste, which is often a dealbreaker with fish oil products.

I was also drawn to this product because of its sustainable sourcing. The omega-3s are derived from wild-caught Alaskan Pollock, and the company’s commitment to environmental responsibility is evident in their packaging, which utilizes recycled materials and offers refillable options.

Though the product is marketed for prenatal use, I found it to be an excellent source of EPA for anyone looking to supplement their diet with essential fatty acids. The high concentration of both DHA and EPA supports not just reproductive health but also cardiovascular and cognitive functions, which are my main reasons for taking omega-3s.

While the price is on the higher side, the quality of the ingredients and the company’s environmental ethics make it a worthwhile investment for me. I appreciate that I’m supporting a company that prioritizes both health and sustainability.

I would recommend True Grace Prenatal DHA softgels to anyone looking for a potent and responsibly sourced omega-3 supplement. Whether or not you’re interested in the prenatal aspect, these softgels offer excellent health benefits and are a responsible choice for the environmentally conscious consumer.
